Apologies if it sounds like that. It wasn't my intent. The whole thing was just a thought. I appreciate how much everyone at F1 Rejects does. I just listen. Needless to say you always want more of a good thing :D

Live Podcast Race Commentary?

Ladies and Gentlemen, After the New Years podcast and the amusing discussion regarding a Japanese drivers DVD boxset and having an easter egg etc. I thought how about Enoch and Jamie do a DVD style commentrary of a Grand Prix? Often me and my friends watch a GP together and chat and joke about what'...

James Martin's Mille Miglia Attempt Should be a Reject!

This is a little off topic but will hopefully appeal to a few people. I’ve written what can only be referred to as a rant/review of the BBC’s The Real Italian Job: James Martin's Mille Miglia. Which was aired last Christmas and is now available on DVD. In this travesty James Martin (TV chef extrodin...

Re: Codemasters Wii F1 Game Review

I can highly recommend New Star GP, I've played it quite a bit. Was lucky enough to be given a free copy when I was running http://www.formula1-blog.co.uk to review. I also ran a competition for it. It's only a few quid and well worth it. Even if as you said it's been tweaked for copyright reasons (boo hiss!).

Re: Codemasters Wii F1 Game Review

Yeah I suck at reviewing - I hadn't even played it. Amazing how I managed to save myself £40 and predict exactly how lame it was though In future I won't title it review I will just title it rant. But in fairness I never claimed to of played it and when I put up the link I did say it was just a bit ...

Re: Codemasters Wii F1 Game Review

No I took one look at it and saved myself the £40 and the time. I think the time reading up on it and a bit of simple research made it apparent it was a steaming pile of doo doo. Maybe I'm wrong but £40 is too much to risk IMO.

I was eagerly awaiting the Codemasters F1 Game but after seeing the trailer and stuff on youtube I don't think I'll bother and would suggest you stay away from it... my full rant about this is on my blog: http://www.stewzer.com/2009/11/codemasters-wii-f1-game-review.html The thing looks like a quick...

Looks like the capping of spending will attract teams. I hope this comes to fruition. But will it be as legendary as their 1997 attempt? We will wait with baited breath! Stuart Shameless self promotion! (Lola article) - http://www.formula1-blog.co.uk/2009/04/lola-consider-entering-f1-in-2010.html

Re: Nelson Piquet, how long will he last?

He simply can't last much longer. I don't care what his name is or how much money he's bringing to Renault he is simply way too bad to have a renault drive. Even Alonso must be wishing for a better team mate... Having said that while Kovalinen is as bad as he is he's making Piquet look good! Stuart ...

Re: Who Do You Hate Most in F1?

My head tells me Bernie Ecclestone. He has pushed out small teams, made the sport way too commercial and expensive for ordinary fans. Messed about with rules and points and god knows what else to try and make the sport more interesting... when it wasn't broken... don't fix it! But worst of all he h...

Re: Nelson Piquet, how long will he last?

Renault have often worked on a one man team. This is very noticeable with Schumacher and Alonso. The choice suited both of them and I think Piquet is there to be a solid number two. However he has been anything but and has been kept on probably for stability and the fact that he has improved over th...

Excellent new BBC coverage. Although the pit girl was pretty monosyllabic and bordering on curt with the drivers. Not to mention asking the bleeding obvious. They would have been better off having Louise Goodman take the role. As for the new commentator, Jonathon Legard, he was fairly well informed ...

Re: Can Jenson Button Become WDC?

The simple answear is yes. There is no doubt Jenson is good enough to win the championship. The question is will Brawn stay competitive? It is crucial that Jenson get's three or hopefully more wins in the first half of the season to stand a chance. I don't think that Barrichello will give Jenson muc...
