Re: 2017 Azerbaijan Grand Prix 23-25 June
The IIDOTR topic is gonna have a tonne of honourable mentions this week but no one can look past Stroll, well done to get third, just a shame that Bottas pulled the tiny bit needed on the last lap! ROTR will be similar: pretty much the whole field deserves it, yet simultaneously there's one obvious...

Re: Badoereqsue moments in other sports
The other one that really sticks to me is the other performance of our favourite track invader, when he tackled Vanderlei De Lima at the 2004 Olympics. The Brazilian really came out of nowhere holding a 30 second lead with just over 10 kilometres to go and had only won Pan-American marathons in not ...

Badoereqsue moments in other sports
We all know our great hero Luca Badoer and I feel that moment is probably the saddest in F1 history where nobody was seriously injured. For the smallest team, the driver who not has taken any points whatsoever, suddenly is right up there and... well, yeah, everything goes wrong. What happened yester...

1. Red Bull. Ricciardo was very good again, too bad his tyre blew. Kvyat was also pretty solid. Too bad they went a little conservative on tyres opposed to Ferrari.
2. Max Verstappen, for driving right behind Hamilton on lap whatnot, 10? on P20, and driving right behind Hamilton on lap 56 on P8.

Max Verstappen for being a whiny little James Hunt. And moreover my blind compatriots who think the blame is all on Sainz and the team and that he was right in whining. Re: What If?
I doubt he would actually have scored (given he had the same car gremlins as Luca had in Europe), although just maybe he would have been closer to Rubens. Maybe some decent performances would have landed him a 2000 seat, but I'm not sure. He could have beaten Verstappen to the Arrows seat, maybe, bu...

This has probably been asked at the time, but if Hamilton had decided to stick at McLaren, who would have taken the second Mercedes seat instead? I do have to say I think people either underrate or overrate Martini, for all that he has done he should have deserved a sup top drive, but if he, for instance, had taken the Ferrari seat in 92, he would have done as worse as Capelli, I think. In that light, there has been no exceptional Italian dri...

Re: Who will be the next NEW F1 world champion?
If I look at the current drivers, a Rosberg fluke aside, I'd say Ricciardo, Grosjean and Verstappen are the only ones who could make a championship. Hulk is too long at mediocre teams right now and Bottas is not good enough I think. The other ones, just, no. Looking at what's not in F1, Vandoorne lo...

What if DC won the championship in 1998?
