Performance exists and ability doesn't
Anyways:
Oschersleben Test: Day 2
Rain in the afternoon meant that the best times were set in the morning but even so the teams got valuable miles on the Michelin wet and extreme wet tyres. The general hierarchy from the day before remained but it was Tanner Jason's turn to take the top of the time sheets from Mitchell Macklin and Anton Bosevic. Jason's car had an engine blowup while Macklin's teammate Marie Simon and Bosevic's teammate Johannes Rueckert had a coming together on track but those were the only incidents of note.
Results:
1. T. Jason (Rising Ashes): 1:17.196
2. M. Macklin (MRT): +0.155

Oschersleben Test: Day 3
The teams focused on race simulations for the day although that didn't stop the drama. By far the heart stopping moment for the day was the huge accident that Anton Bosevic suffered after he and Sani Morgan got together early on in the day writing off Bosevic's car after it did several flips. Bosevic clambered out of the car unharmed much to the relief of everyone at the track and as a testament to just how strong the F2RWRS cars that Lola produce are. There were also a few minor collisions but nothing more than a few front wings lost. The pitstop practices brought their own set of problems as Tanner Jason found out as his right rear wheel fell off after a pitstop. Laurent Seron made amends for his average form thus far in the test to be miles quicker than anyone else and the only person to dip into the 1:18s ahead of Niko Bellic and Marie Simon.
Results:
1. L. Seron (Gillet): 1:18.560
2. N. Bellic (Rising Ashes): +0.710

I think I'm starting to get an idea about how the performance files are working but in order to confirm a theory I'm starting to develop I need to run a third test at Imola before the Le Mans test so I can get more information with this performance file before making any changes.
