His timing and placements should stop some papers, and you know who you are, autosport, from saying that we only have Sani Morgan as he is vaguely Nigerean and his father is covering our bills, I mean he is but our car will be the first to truely show off his talents.

With Andrej Kremnicky setting the second fastest time in Imola earlier yesterday, it is reported that Alessandro Marchesi's seat at Aston Martin might be in danger. As the head of the team, Patrick Fry, quoted, "We are extremely pleased with Kremnicky's pace and progress today. We just hope that Marchesi do the same." Nobody else from Aston Martin, including Marchesi himself, could comment on the latest news report.

Imola Test - Day 2:
The weather for day two was much warmer than day 1 as the teams focused on more race simulations. Laurent Seron continued his good race pace, virtually unheard of before stepping into the F2RWRS car to be just ahead of Tommy Nash who in turn had daylight to the next car, Anton Bosevic. The only major incidents to note were an accident for Marco Bizzari at Acqua Minerali which he walked unhurt from and mechanical problems for Simpson's Dave Anderston and Kit-Kat's Hansuke Shioya.
Results:
1. L. Seron (Gillet): 1:32.849

With testing complete it's time for my personal assessment on the performance file.
In my opinion the qualifying performance is almost perfect except for some larger than desirable variations and therefore is ready for customisation to the characteristics you people have listed without any foreseeable issues. The race performance however is a problem as I feel the variation is simply too big race by race and the gaps between cars is simply ridiculous. To solve this I will change the consistency parameters for all the drivers to a much lower setting and do another private test before doing the Le Mans test with the planned new performance file.

Sani Morgan had an issue as he ran over the parts of the car that Marco Bizzari left all over the track which meant he had a suspension damage and had to come in after an out lap, I mean there is no way a talented driver like Sani who was driving 1.5 seconds off the pace and being the right side of the timesheets the last few tests, would suddenly be 4 seconds off the pace. Mr Vantini did well, although he was still a bit slow, although my race manager has pointed out that Mr Vantini did 80 laps with only two sets of tyres so his time was good unlike the drivers that did times on the smell of fuel and super soft sticky tyres for 3 laps.

Le Mans Test - Day 1: (NOTE: First test with new performance file)
Again for a first day of testing there were no major incidents to note. That might have been due to all the drivers wanting to impress the Zimmer brothers who decided to attend the Le Mans test at expert spectators rather than make the trip with the rest of the F1RWRS paddock to Interlagos, Brazil. Both of them singled out Italian Marco Bizzari and Canadian Tommy Nash two people to look out for as big stars for the future. Bizzari in particular didn't fail to disappoint as he topped the timesheets for the qualifying simulations from Laurent Seron and, surprisingly, his own teammate Du Lei. Before the test George Liquor was under pressure from HRT and he did his chances no good at all with a dismal 20th while teammate Nash was 6th.
Results:

Le Mans Test: Day 2
A massive thunderstorm rolled into the town during the night leaving the track drenched for the first of two days dedicated to race stints. For the thousand or so fans that decided to brave the weather to watch the action were in for a treat as cars were slipping and sliding everywhere. Simpson's Dave Anderson got a reprimand for causing a comical low speed multi- car pileup involving Rosco Vantini, Tommy Nash, Alberto Cara, Mitchell Macklin and many others early in the day in the torrential rain. Of a much more serious nature was the universal complaints of the exit kerb on the exit of the corner just before pit entry which caused puddles to form on either side of the kerb and led to virtually everyone losing it on the way into the pits. At one point the situation got so bad there was a collision between Niko Bellic, Du Lei and Hansuke Shinoya which led to an extended period under red flag conditions. Even after the red flag period Nash and Bellic's teammate Tanner Jason both had a coming together with the pit wall in the treacherous conditions later in the day. Nash however had done enough to set the second fastest time in the conditions as he and Marco Bizzari were miles ahead of anyone else.

Right, my job in the Indy video is to make the liveries for each team. I need the owners to describe (or even better, design) their liveries, so that I can make them for the video. I know the Young Lions and MRT liveries, I think the Simpson Motorsports livery is on the wiki, and the Phoenix Rising Ashes livery can use the Red Bull livery already there. Everyone else, I need your designs. The vid will be posted here, and maybe I can convince Wizzie to make it a full time thing.

I sent you a link to the template yesterday on Facebook

And for those who are interested This is a quick tutorial on using GP4 templates and you need the GP2 2005 template.
The only things that I want is if possible to replace the Bridgestone, Renault and Dallara logs with Michelin, BMW and Lola respectively.

So I've got WinRAR now, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to make ZModeler work (for rendering).

Don't worry about the Zmodeler bit too much. I can do all the rendering myself. Just send your completed livery and I'll do the rest.

My completed livery for Laurent Seron (number 3)

For Lamberigts, just erase the 3 and put a 4. The font is Arial, bold, size 192.

Looks good but is it possible that you can save it and upload it as a .tga instead?

I'll get around to it. If, you know, there was a computer in my house that was actually useful
