It's deliberately made to be difficult to listen to. If you pay attention to the lyrics, there's some seriously dark stuff in there - the song is from the point of view of a serial abuser, and the audience is his victim. It's meant to be difficult to listen to, because it creates an empathic bond with Lulu, the main character. The album is based on the "Lulu" plays, two plays by a German playwright about the life of a dancer who is repeatedly abused by her lovers to the point where she commits murder. The obvious intention is to generate a connection with Lulu, so that when she does kill her third husband, we feel it is justified, and we experience the mistreatment she receives at the hands of the law.

Timo Glock for somehow being 3 1/2 seconds slower than his rookie teammate. And for being above 107% of a Renault!

Not really his fault his gearbox broke. Nominating Virgin as a whole would probably be fairer, considering both HRTs qualified ahead of them.

I nominate Chandhok for a complete lack of Chandhok; (it's his own fault after being so poor in Germany).
That would be a first: A driver who isn't attending the race driving a car!
No he wouldn't - Jacques Villeneuve got ROTR in Japan 2003.
Re: Your Reject of the Race - India!
I would have to say Massa for ROTQ (can't vote for the race yet - 12 hours to go for crying out loud!!!). Really compromised himslef with that kerb incident. Particularly based on the information provided in this post.

Has to be Massa so far (although I don't think the Hamilton collision was his fault).
Webber a close 2nd for another meek performance.

Massa. Breaking your front suspension twice in a weekend, and being the only one of the grid who does that is utterly rejectful. Not to mention his collision with Hamilton, which this time was his fault...

Hamilton and Massa joint ROTR for me: Both were rubbish and manged to collide again. It didn't even result in a double retirement.

Re: Your Reject of the Race - India!
Definitely Massa this time with a nod to the stewards - I thought the collision was 50:50 to be totally honest. But Massa gets it for being the only driver to crash twice on the orange kerbs. Thought I laughed my head off when Martin Brundle said "Drive through penalty for car SIX" - I'd said THREE to myself before he finished the sentence.

Re: Your Reject of the Race - India!
Hamilton - Another dreadful weekend. Tangled with Massa (again...) in a move that was never on (In all seriousness, where was Massa supposed to go apart from sliding into the barriers), and completely outclassed by Button
Massa - Race fell to pieces after the collision with Hamilton, and destroyed his suspension in exactly the same way as he did in qualifying.
Karthikeyan - Disgraceful when being lapped.
Kobayashi - I seriously think someone has kidnapped him and subsituted him with Kazuki Nakajima during the second half of this season.

So they deprived Chandhok of a home race, all for a 19th place finish.
And having seen Eddie Jordan's analysis of the Massilton collision, Massa knew Hamilton was alongside and looked like he turned in knowing they would collide, I bet Massa thought Hamilton would be the one penalised given their history! So now I've seen that, the stewards got it right.
Massa obviously thinks it's 2002 again (well the championship has been just as one-sided.....)

Re: Your Reject of the Race - India!
I'm afraid it has to be Bruno Senna. There drivers around him - di Resta, Perez and Petrov - went for a reverse strategy, and made it work. Senna got hung out to dry when he was forced to make his final stop three laps from the end.
And it's not just an isolated episode: Senna has been thoroughly underwhelming for a few races now.
- In Belgium, he started 7th, but made a stupid mistake at the first corner and finished 13th. Vitaly Petrov started 10th and scored points in 9th.
- In Italy, he started 10th and finished 9th, which is his best result to date. But even then, Petrov had been faster all weekend (he qualified 7th) before Liuzzi took him out.
- In Singapore, he started 15th and finished 15th. Petrov started 18th and finished 17th. Given the sharp downturn in performance, Renault were simply nowhere in Singapore (they got Reject of the Race then).
- In Japan, Senna started 9th and finished 16th. Petrov started 10th and scored more points.
- In Korea, Senna started 15th and finished 13th. Petrov started 8th, and although he crashed out, he was still faster than Senna at the time.
- And now, in India, Senna started 14th and finished 12th. Petrov had set a time quick enough for the top ten in qualifying, started 16th after his penalty, and finished 11th.
In short, Petrov is getting more out of the car than Senna. He is making strategies work when Senna isn't, he is qualifying in the top ten when the top ten is possible, and has scored twice as many points as Senna since Senna first got into the car.
Rubens Barrichello gets a dishonourable mention. He was taken out at the first corner, and it took him forty-three laps to catch Narain Karthikeyan.

Williams. Both hitting each other at the first corner. Then Maldonado having his engine failure. Then just being slow for the rest of the race. Bring on next year

Senna and Petrov started alongside each other, so it makes sense to split the strategies don't you think? Hardly Senna's fault that his strategy turned out the less successful one. I agree that Petrov has generally out-performed him, but the track time that Petrov had before Senna got his chance must be taken into account when assessing their relative performance.
Back on topic, Massa ROTR hands down. Is he losing the plot?

Senna was 14th. Petrov 16th. Senna was also 10th by the end of the first lap, whilst Petrov was 15th, and pitted after four laps. Even if splitting the strategies was the most obvious choice, Senna should have made his work. Everybody else managed to get to the end of the race without having to make a pitstop in the last three laps.

The team would have had a call on this too. Either way, big deal, a strategy didn't quite work out - hardly reject of the race material.

It's not that Senna's strategy didn't work out - it's that Senna has been in a string of races where he cannot make his strategy work while his team-mate can. With the one exception of Singapore, Vitaly Petrov has had the upper hand over Bruno Senna ever since Belgium. I think it was a mistake to replace Heidfeld.

Webber - Another front-row fail from Mr. AussieBrit.
"He has sat on the fence so long that the iron has entered his soul."
Re: Your Reject of the Race - India!
Nominations:
Dirty track - Limited the quality of racing, and also part-caused the Hamilton/Massa crash as Hamilton couldn't commit to a big braking lunge.
Webber - A very poor performance, again.
Williams - Another awful result, and Maldonado was looking good before his failure
Rosberg - Beaten by Schumacher once again despite easily outqualifying him
Winner:
Massa/Hamilton: Massa crashed in qualifying and the race. Hamilton had a grid penalty, and was slow in the race. They both were at fault for their collision (I'd say more Hamilton, as that move was never going to work due to the dirty track, and if he braked at the same time, Massa would basically have had to go off track and miss the next corner).
