Someone like Webber or Villeneuve about Yuji Ide?

Zanardi?
Danny Sullivan. The key phrase there is 'a year out of racing hurts'. Sullivan left Rick Galles's team after 1993 after he and Little Al weren't really getting along, and nobody was willing to take Sullivan for 1994.

Speaking of IndyCar, here's a recent piece of trivia. Over the last three years, what is similar about Dan Wheldon's results at Indy and Ed Carpenter's results at Kentucky?

That's about Yuji Ide I think. The guy who said it was Schumacher?

Not Ide or Irvine. (When would Schumacher have been anywhere near Ide apart from lapping him?)
Another clue: the two drivers were former team-mates but were no longer at the time of the incident (I'm not sure if their time together ended in acrimony though).

I would say West, but that would be 13 years.

It is indeed Warwick!
2-2-1 in the last 3 races at Indy and Kentucky respectively?

Suits his style maybe? I asked a similar question as to why Bryan Herta was so good at Laguna Seca some time back.
But 1.5 Mile Ovals are fun to drive on, from my limited experience on CCC and rFactor.

2-That driver brought the most 'unique' (IMHO) sponsors ever to appear on a F1 car. Which sponsors were those?
3-Why that driver wasn't picked by Spirit?

I think I've got this.
The answer in Fulvio Ballabio, from Italy, who brokered a deal with Disney to sponsor a car. He wasn't picked because he couldn't get a superlicense.

Herta's from Michigan so I'ld imagine his home track would be the Michigan Superspeedway.

It was the first race after 9/11, and it was also a year to the GP after a marshal was killed in a race, so Ferrari decided to race without sponsors as a mark of respect.

It's quite a few years before that actually. The driver it was about did have a similar bad reputation though.

First and third correct! Second is not that correct, but has to do with Disney, just for the hint

The particular sponsor was the comic "Topolino", the Italian equivalent of Mickey Mouse I suppose.

You're getting closer - the subject had a similar reputation to De Cesaris.
