Scuderia Alitalia politely declines the offers from Dean O'Lauchlan and Vidal Reyna-Sanchez. Negotiations with Dave Simpson, Fredo Mestolino are ongoing.
To me is fine, but Trueba will keep appearing as it is on in-game standings

Though I would say, as I don't have the time to follow the live commentary, I still would very much appreciate a fairly detailed race report Aerond, not on the scale you did prior to the commentary obviously, just the main events in the race, so I can get a picture of what happened, thanks!
David Koczo is a multiple race-winner and legend of the series. So not a pay-driver. Pratchett I don't know about.
Also, to respond to something that was posted quite a long time ago (and is not really that important!), Michael Cameron is Gary's brother, not his son.

Do Trueba have a turbo engine? If not, I want to spend 150 credits on 15hp. Otherwise I'm not so sure I want to spend valuable money on something I will be forced to give up at the end of the season.

Don´t kill me for the pictures. Somehow the track didn´t show the rain sky bitmaps and showed sunny day bitmaps instead, but I can assure the race was held in full wet & rainy conditions.

And this wasn't the first wet race in history, all three races at the Hockenheim were wet, so was one of them at Surfers and I think 1 at Eastern Creek or Spa.

Does Melrose pick up the point for 6th, or does he not because he wasn't classified? I'll take as many points as I can!
Sammy Jones wrote:It was a crazy race today, very very wet indeed, and I can't quite believe that I came through it all unscathed. The conditions reminded me of my race for Jaguar at Suzuka in 2000, only this time the outcome is oh so sweeter. I'm really happy also for the team in general, because I don't think we were expecting a win at all this year with the performance of the CJR-103, but in races such as these we must take our chances, and that we have. I'm only disappointed for Daniel that he didn't finish, but we can't have it all. It's also annoying that our rivals in the constructors' championship all scored points too, as this was a real opportunity to put some distance between us and them, but nonetheless I'm delighted that I have my third F1RWRS win, and hopefully this will give us the boost we need to push on as the season progresses.
Yes that's right folks, in case anyone spotted the hint, Sammy Jones' 2000 season has finally been completed!

Congratulations to Sammy for taking the win in those conditions which, whilst treacherous, wasn't the worst I've ever driven.

Italian youngster Fredo Mestolio has landed the vacant drive at ARC after the team dismissed him following Monaco. His manager, Chris Dagnall, who heavily critisized Trueba's management antics in the previous days, couldn't see happier about the deal. "it's very good for Fredo. I'm really happy to have come to a deal with ARC people, this means he will be able to qualify regularly for the races and the team will also receive money so it's a win-win situation for everyone really". Fredo was equally enthusiastic "ARC have a strong package and It'll mean a massive improvement over the previous machinery at my disposal, the team staff is very professional and i'll do my best to correspond their hard work". Jesus Plaza, when asked about his new team-mate was only heard saying in strong mexican accent "Que chingue la gran chingada" we'll update this piece of fine journalism when we find out what he meant

We've come back down to Earth since last season, and we'll be looking to score the most points we can to secure a top-3 place in the constructor's standings and a top-5 place in the driver's standings. I'm proud of what Aurelien did today, and Thomas was unlucky to hit the wall. Both have more points coming their way, I guarantee you.

Dave Simpson belongs to MinardiFan95 and Koczo belongs to QuickYoda. I don't think either of them post here anymore but Koczo and Simpson have been here since 2010.

We are a professional team, and from 2015 we will be in control 100%. Until then, we will do the best with the hand we have been dealt.

Collin Pratchett spoke to the press for the first time after his sacking from American Racing Conglomerate today. In the interview, he announced that he would not be returning to the F1RWRS and that he has had talks with fellow ex-driver Tristan Jung. "I'm interested in joining Jung's Kappa Catfish squadron and I would like to get a drive in another series." Pratchett, only 32 years old, also announced plans to go to IRL and race part-time.
Also, Mestolio is a pay driver, right?

I wouldn't take control of Simpson because MinardiFan usually pops around to confirm or deny any rumours. QuickYoda hasn't been seen in here since about halfway through last season...

It's been a rough season for Daniel, he's had problems everywhere he went!

Q: Nicolas, even with your current performance there have been some doubts back in America, where you come from, on whether or not you can live up to your expectations. What do you have to say to that? A: ....well if this race isn't quite enough, just wait and see.

Just to make sure what my options are, if that little rumour about Sunshine's possible new owners having no interest in having Lon on their team anymore prove true (i.e. I roleplay that to happen), where could I find employment in F1RWRS?

Not MRT. I'm already having a stroke deciding next year's lineup as it is.

Gary Cameron might be retiring at the end of the season, so it would be good to have an experienced driver to replace him at Prospec, although this is NOT YET CONFIRMED IN-GAME.

Scuderia Alitalia would like to reiterate they are still interested in the services of Kay Lon in future.
And I had forgotten about Simpson Motorsport Perhaps piling credits into his performance not such a wise idea. I think maybe David Koczo instead may be the better long term choice seeing as QuickYoda seems to have no intention of re-entering F1RWRS. Although for now the lineup for the French GP remains the same.

If you're lucky, Aerond could have missed your post about your credit expenditure and you might be able to beg him to have them back.

THE DAILY MAIL Albertini to buy into DMS for 2015? Francois Albertini is known to be connected with any sponsoring rumors that appear from time to time. This time Japanese motorsport magazine unveiled that Albertini consortium wants to buy the majority share in DMS Racing Ltd, therefore taking the Shonan DMS team over in 2015. It is said that Hagane Shizuka would remain as the team principal, with Francois Albertini being CEO of the team. The name change (since Shonan is the current main sponsor of DMS Racing).
Neither Albertini nor Shizuka were available to comment.
Francois Albertini wrote:I hereby declare that it's not my intention to take over the team completely. I just want my logo on the car next year.

There is an American in the form of Tristan Jung who's looking for an F1RWRS drive for the record.
