 Yeah, theres alot of that about, even more than when Schummi returned. In fact, this just in, F1AutoNet are reporting that after the test Kimi checked his phone for messages then sat down for a bit.

Le Sigh. Finnish and Googletranslate do not work. Sure, that is understandable but far from fluent.

"Tämä auto on paskaa! Mene hakemaan minulle jäätelöä ja limua. Ja, se kuka kääntää tämän on hyvin säälittävä."

That's how it would sound from the mouth of a real Finn. Or if you want to write it like Kimi would say it (Since hardly anyone speaks like that.)

"Tää auto on aivan paska! Painu hakee mulle jätskiä ja limua. Ja se joka kääntää tän on hiton säälittävä"

As an aside, I have wondered in the past what would happen if a lactose intolerant driver did win the Indy 500 - you have to assume that they'd forgo the traditional drink of milk, but what could they replace it with?

It could be worse. It could be a vegan Indy 500 winner, who would not only refuse to drink the milk but would lecture the series organisers and all the fans with wagging of finger and many, many mentions of "thou shalt not". Such a display will go down like the coldest sack of cold sick ever thrown up.

For good reason, too. Fittipaldi got booed a few years ago at Indy and he was just doing a few ceremonial laps. If you win Indy, you drink the bathplugging milk.

But I recall hearing somewhere that the organizers have provisions if the winning driver is lactose-intolerant, so there should be no reason that the winner should walk over one of the most appreciated traditions of the Indy 500. Skim milk is available, after all.

Waris wrote:Soy milk? Nah, that wouldn't go down well with the traditionalist IndyCar audience, would it?

If that was one of the options for a lactose-intolerant driver I wouldn't entirely be surprised.

Fittipaldi putting his oranges ahead of his racing, as demonstrated by his team's 2004 campaign. Or lack thereof.
