and it is true that 3rd division is better, they have the same amount of income as 2nd division, only that they don't have to pay their players, which makes the costs a lot less,
meaning that allmost all 2nd division teams have financial problems. But at Mons you got paid and at least a realistic prospect of a promotion to first division
