Each one of the part have right to a one post by session and the order will be the first post for the appealing party and the second for the authority who first issued the ruling. I will define more rules when I will open the post.

If Alitalia's appeal is successful, MRT WILL appeal their 100 credit penalty with Aerond hearing the appeal concerning that (unlike the other penalty, neither Aerond or TMLW had any idea I was going to impose a penalty on my own team for breaking the rules)

Change of outlook at Scuderia Alitalia

Despite the fact Scuderia Alitalia are currently mired in a battle with the F1RWRS Commission, team principal Alasdair Lindsay has still been talking in positive terms about the team's future, and is already talking about a change in strategy for the future.

"We've decided to change our medium term strategy," explained Lindsay. "In Andrej Kremnicky, we have signed a driver who can rival the likes of Dagnall and Spencer. We're going to build the team around him, develop the team over a long peroid of time, so that we in a better shape for his arrival into F1RWRS."

"We have sat down with David [Koczo] and explained to him our new strategy. He will still be an integral part of the team, and there will be no number 1/number 2 driver strategy going on in the future. He understands that this is a long term strategy, but as long as we start to deliver on our promise of a highly competitive car within 3 years, he seems to be onboard with our new strategic direction."

"We hope he can mentor Andrej when the time comes for his transition from F2RWRS to F1RWRS. David is one of the most experienced guys on the grid, he's a great driver with a great work ethic, and hopefully that rubs off on Andrej."

"In regards to next year, you can bank on David being part of our plans. He's been excellent in pre-qualifying so far, he still clearly has it in him to do very well, we just need to provide him with better equipment. One unknown is the second seat for the 2015 season. With Dave Simpson already departing, and Darren Older Jr. stepping in from the next round, the fate of the second Alitalia drive is still unclear.

"Need I remind you, we do have a pre-contract with Miko Fakkinen. He's an option, but, we can also decide to decline a full contract being put in place. I think perhaps CR Motorsport has changed thier mind about him, but they haven't approached us regarding his situation yet. If they want to talk, they're welcome to approach us."

"Regarding Darren, I'm not sure. He will be driving for us for the rest of the year, and his goal is clear - he has to get to within half a second of Koczo in every pre-qualifying session. If he can do that, he will certainly have a very good chance of driving for us next year. Aside from Darren, there are admittedly a couple of other drivers we are interested in. If anything official materialises we will notify the public directly. Until such a time, any reports regarding drivers for Scuderia Alitalia in 2015 is only unfounded speculation."

Well, of course, I am flattered by the attention of course. Any publicity like this is good for my career, even if they are only interested in my budget Of course it's not for my finishing record, is it!. Naturally, my first choice is Foxdale if a place is available, but in the meantime, all offers will be considered. A decision on my future will only be announced after Pippa has decided on a line-up for Foxdale after the end of the season.

I wish to announce that there is NO truth at all in the rumour that I was sexually molested by Alasdair Lindsay or by anybody else at the Monaco race or at any other race. Thanks for your quick reply. While we are eager to sign you up, we would like to negotiate a compromise on the second point in your demands.

We think it would be a more fair and beneficial solution that, instead of monies being awarded to Foxdale due to breakage of contract, that 50% of the money gained from your employment with Scuderia Alitalia is donated to Italian war aid charity Emergency, and the other 50% to a charity of your choice.

Also, we write in a clause as standard to the contracts of all staff employed by Scuderia Alitalia at any staffing level, that any employee who is found guilty of breaching F1RWRS rules forefits the right to any job security. Of course, I do not expect you to commit an offence of any kind, but this is standard practise with all staff as a precautionary measure, nothing else. Therefore, this would be the only exception added to your contract regarding the non forefiture of money gained by Scuderia Alitalia.

If you agree to the above terms, we can arrange for you to visit our Parma headquarters as soon as possible to look over all the paperwork together and put pen to paper on this deal.

The third part - I hope to be done with this on Thursday, when I will also post the Reject Of GT results. As you might have noticed, I only rate each driver once which leads to Trueba only having #28 rated since I went through all drivers who had/have the #29 already

Kamaha Motorsport

#22 - Barii Mori: If there was any driver who had an egg on his face at the end of 2013, it was Mori - Kamaha had dropped down the grid, while their former long-time driver Kay Lon pretty much was one of the best drivers last year. How the tides have turned, Mori's smart decision to go with the Yamaha engines paid off and now Mori and his team are looking very strong. While reliability still is an issue, and he is losing his qualifying battle with Steele, the odds of Mori's coveted first win have increased significantly.

#23 - Nicolas Steele: The American driver always has this tendency to go rather unnoticed when compared to his slightly more media savvier team mate. This does not change the fact that Steele has twice the points that his team mate has and is on his way to take a decisive lead in the qualifying battle. Just like Mori, we could very well see the American take his first win this year if everything goes his way.

Prognosis: Kamaha have made a large jump in performance and can afford to spend the second half of the year working on their 2015 car and the reliability issues of their current car. Now, that Kamaha have finally recaptured their 2012 glory, big things are in stock for them - for now, it's not unreasonable to believe that Sammy Jones' team might face a challenge from his rival's team.

Grades: B / B+ ---> B+


Virgin Melrose Racing Team BMW

#24 - Nathanael Spencer: 2012 F1RWRS World Champion, driver with most points in F1RWRS history, most starts in F1RWRS history - Spencer's records speak for themselves. His current performance pretty much confirms why he has all those accolades, when his car allows him to, he wins and his five poles in a row are a world record. However, things are not as bright as they could be: three races in a row Mark Dagnall outqualified him and he just started 11th in Brands Hatch. However, he's still one of the top three title candidates.

#25 - Phillippe Nicolas: Just like Nathanael Spencer, his loyality to BMW and Melrose has paid off and he was rewarded with the most powerful car on the grid. His win in the first race made the French media wet their pants in excitement. However, that hype has calmed down and not for no reason - no race finishes for Nicolas after his win. Good news for Nicolas however is, that he has managed to outperform his team mate in recent races.

Prognosis: "BMW P89" - an engine for which most teams would murder someone, it has undone all the power problems of MRT. However, it is not as reliable as it should be which hurts Spencer and Nicolas in their fight for points. Furthermore, these long strings of retirements may very well cause a loss of motivation, and if there's one thing a world title contending team does not need it's unhappy workers both in and outside the car.

Grades: A- / B ---> B+


Red Bull Team Phoenix Audi

#26 - Phoenix McAllister: We were talking about Kay Lon as the guy that was made fun of, which makes some wonder why McAllister isn't just as ridiculed? It's not like he isn't amongst the first to talk trash when a microphone is near him, he should have recieved a suspended ban after Paul Ricard as well. So why? Because while the team that carries his name is awful, McAllister has done everything he could have with the only thing to go against him is his DNQ in Monte Carlo.

#27 - The Stig: The most popular driver of all times - right behind HWNSNBM, of course - entered the F1RWRS - perhaps not a wise move, given the kind of car he debuted in. Even though the Phoenix car is horrendous, Stiggie himself really hasn't endeared himself to the public by simply being too weak. At least his sponsors keep pouring in, so his seat should be save until the end of this season.

Prognosis: The (rumored) departure of Red Bull really isn't going to help Phoenix - or as it will be known from 2015 onwards: Aeroracing - who need every cent they can get their hands on. It will need some opputornistic performance by McAllister or an improvement by The Stig in order to score some points and grab some prize money for it.

Grades: B+ / D ---> C+


Scuderia Trueba Alitalia

#28 - Giovanni Roda / David Kozco: Older fans remember the old Giovanni Roda who rocked on in different series long before the reckless adventures of modern F1RWRS drivers and asked themselves "What happened to that man?" - the answer is, he grew up. Struggling to take proper care of his team, he chose to keep some of his dignity and sold the team to retire himself. His driving was acceptable, given the standards of his team. Just like we said to Gary Cameron: thank you for the memories, Giovanni Roda. New Trueba owner Alasdair Lindsay brought in F1RWRS classic David Kozco. While his skills really aren't emphasised by the car, being the last one if all but one car finish in the points is just embarrising.

Prognosis: A new owner and new sponsors - everything should be fine for the team. Sadly, that new owner is completely off his rockers and already managed to get his Scuderia fines in a eight-digit amount which is either pathetic or hilarious, depending on your point of view. The staff should better call their mamas, 'cause it's either about to get funky in there or the team goes down the drain.

Grades: C- / C- ---> D-


Tropico GP powered by CR Motorsport

#30 - Darren Older Jr.: We don't know whether the Tropican car is so awful or Older Jr. has just become beyond awful - thankfully, the entrance of Leonhard Von Gottorp from Norisring onwards should be a helpful indicator of which option is the true one. However, Olden Jr.'s outings just were bad anyhow. He finished every single pre-qualifying session dead last but one. It makes his replacement easy to understand.

#21 - Miko Fäkkinen: Just as with Older Jr., rating Fäkkinen's performance is hard given that he has perhaps the weakest car on the grid. Since we are generally optimistic folks, we decided to assume that his skills are very good in a bad car and not just average in a not as bad car with Older just being pathetic. His job is safe to the end of the season and if he continues to pour in decent run after decent run, he might even edge out Cara or Jimenez for the second seat in 2015.

Prognosis: El Presidente's investments, assumed to not be that large at all, have so far been wasted. The team could have as well stuck with their old combination since they won't leave pre-qualifying this year. However, the abuse of driver sponsorship which has caused the F1R Council to consider a driver sponsorship cap and the new income rules may very well allow Tropico to finally be able to beat a team or two next year.

Grades: D- / B+ ---> F

MRT, Scuderia Alitalia penalised by commission

Melrose Racing Team and Scuderia Alitalia have both been penalised by the F1RWRS commission when the Commissioner Daniel Prieto found both of the organisations to be in breach of Article 15.4 at various points in the season. MRT has been handed a 100 credit penalty effective immediately while Scuderia Alitalia has been handed the maximum 500 credit penalty, 200 of which is suspended until the end of the year. At the extraordinary meeting in Madrid earlier today, Prieto stated that the behaviour of Scuderia Alitalia owner Alasdair Lindsay was "very much not welcome" and that "it is clear something must be done."

MRT was pinged after they responded to Alitalia predecessor Virgin Intercourse' lawsuit with a counter lawsuit instead of taking the correct course of action which would have been arbitration with the F1RWRS Commission. Alitalia was found guilty of breaking Article 15.4 on several occasions in their short tenure in the F1RWRS. Both teams do have the option to appeal the ruling but MRT aren't expected to contest the findings. The funds collected from the fines are expected to be redistributed as a one-off lump sum payment to some of the lowest ranked teams at the end of the year.

Note: The quotes are from an email Aerond sent me last week concerning this and since the email also stated that I could apply the agreed punishment myself. I was originally going to let Aerond apply the agreed punishment himself but a week is more than enough to test my patience

The commission has decided not to take any action this time, but we want to send a warning; we won´t tolerate any personal offenses from now on, and we´re going to award penalties where it hurts the most: Credits (race bans for drivers). Any disrespectful and offensive language will be penalised with anything from 50 to 500 credits, with no exceptions. So basically Mr. Lindsay has been a bad, bad boy. I think I'll start following the series from now on, and maybe I'll take part in some form in the future (maybe not as a team owner, but a driver, perhaps?).

Well, it'll take a while before I'll make up a proper background story for Mr. Nurmester, as I want him to stand out from the plethora of drivers you currently have in the series (and F2RWRS and F3RWRS as well).

If that's the case precedent the F1RWRS Commission intends to use against Scuderia Alitalia, they don't have a hope in hell, considering it has absolutely nothing to do with the Alitalia vs F1RWRS Commission case! They never sued the F1RWRS Commission! It seems they are rather overconfident of imposing this penalty...
