The thing is I actually preferred the old Liquigas livery and would have chosen them as a sponsor but obviously I've already got Castrol and didn't fancy a load more green in my livery, and Lampre pink is my next favourite! We all know that Sky will dick all over both teams this year though!

I figured the same, but ultimately I felt bad missing the clause SuperAguri put in the agreement, and I ideally wanted another rookie in the seat as Swerts is into his second season now. If he does well then maybe Tommy will keep him in the seat for longer to give him a chance at the championship, I guess we'll wait and see, whilst Dinella can just get experience.

I highly doubt Swerts will fight for the championship. Not because he's not good enough (although Souto Maior, Zimmer, Melrose, Nurminen, Carlisle and Lamberigts have all won test races and Swerts hasn't), but because at some point he will do too many F2 races to be eligible for F3 anymore. I think I worked out before that best case scenario is he misses Surfers.

Are you sure? The rules state that excluding non-championship races, Swerts is allowed up to nine starts in the F2RWRS. He's already done one in 2014, and he is scheduled to do 8 in 2015, and I made sure that he drove in the F2RWRS either when it's got the F3RWRS as a support race or when there are no F3RWRS races clashing with the F2RWRS race, and as far as I know, Surfers clashes with the USA round in the F2RWRS, while the USA round in F3RWRS clashes with the F2RWRS South African GP...

I might not have counted right, and I didn't actually see your schedule Although I spoke with Wizzie and we made sure that Surfers won't clash with anything this year. As for the Round of the US, that'll be the same weekend as the F1RWRS US GP, so that's up to Wizzie to figure out.
Remind me when Aerond publishes a draft calendar for the F1 to make a calendar with all three categories at once, to make stuff like this easier. I'll make a page on the wiki for it
For Red Bull, they have the potential to score points. With some attrition. Pre-quali might be a problem, although on a good day Hallenstien can qualify really well.

Meh, as long as they don't DNPQ for every race thats OK.

Small correction there, although I dount this will be the last time Nurminen and Nurmester get mixed up.
Great to hear that my driver seems competitive enough (well he should, as long as he doesn't spin or crash, which will probably happen quite often)

Well, I should be clearer. Nurmester has not won races longer than 3 laps. At Monaco. From pole. Otherwise he tends to lose places quite rapidly (but he usually only crashes at street circuits when he doesn't leave enough room).
kostas22 wrote:What's going on with Lucarelli and Crescenzi? Both showed promise last season, hopefully this hasn't been forgotten for this season
Crescenzi can definitely score on a regular basis, and podiums are possible with retirements from frontrunners. Lucarelli though seems to have a habit of doing nothing, or throwing it off the road when in with a good shot.
The progress of 2014 F3RWRS champion Tomo Kazama into F2RWRS with Aston Martin has left Pemberton Prospec Racing with no confirmed drivers for next season, leading to speculation about their lineup for 2015. Team principal Gary Cameron has been tight-lipped on the subject when questioned but frenzied discussions regarding driver choices are believed to be in progress at the team's headquarters in Kent. It is thought that Prospec's first choice is Jack Christopherson Jr., who finished 4th in the drivers' championship last year but has yet to secure a race seat. Portuguese driver Joao Antonio Soares is also thought to be on the team's radar.
A team spokesman was keen to point out that no-one has yet been signed for 2015, but intriguingly he did state that Prospec are 'only looking for one new driver at this time'.

With Dan Greenlaw unlikely to get a job in the F2RWRS, he would like to drive for Prospec in 2015.

I had thought he was signed at ZombieKart. If not we'd be interested, but have to weigh up all the options

Albanian driver Renato Bulku would like to offer his services to the glorious teams of F3RWS. Ever since I was a young boy on the streets of Durres competing in go-karts we made from boxes from the Ndermarrja Industriale Shteterore cigarette factory, I have dreamed of competing in open-wheel motorsport. Now I am champion of Albanian super karts (because I am the only person in Albania who has a super kart, which I made from bits of Trabants and Ladas), and am looking to step up to F3RWS. I bring sponsorship from Durres Special Filter cigarettes, very tasty, kids love them, and ALBtelecom, number 1 provider of telephone services in Albania (currently 304 phones and rising every year). Sadly Albania is a poor country, so their sponsorship amounts to a friendly smile, naming rights for the children of all workers at these companies, and all the turnips you can eat (limit 10 turnips).

Looking for a drive in the F3RWRS? Do you have previous experience in the series? Hungry to prove yourself to the world's elite? Mitie Holden are interested to talk. Mr.Alexander has two seats available for young drivers to gain experience before moving to greater things. The only thing the team wants is either an English or Australian driver, as Mr.Alexander explains. "Mitie Aviation are a predominantly English team, and will remain so for their entire existance. The recent engine deal with Australian company Holden means we would like an Australian with us too."

No, you have until the season starts, which will be a while unless Aerond picks up the pace
In that case Markus Van de Schoot and Gregor Pascal (who both drove in a couple of races for my RoLFS team) will race in the F3RWRS next year. Paasonen and Hallenstein will move to the RoLFS championship.

Yeah, I've just been too lazy to take pictures (I will after I do Indy). I realised that I didn't actually need to add the SS United logos since they were already on the front and rear wings, I just took the picture at a bad angle. The Mugen logo is now on the rear wing endplates.
Despite rumours that Dan Greenlaw had signed for ZombieKart in next season's F3RWRS, reigning drivers' and teams' champions Prospec have made a sensational late bid to snatch the American driver from under their rivals' noses. A spokesman for the team said, "What we really want in our number 1 driver is a guy with plenty of potential, who already has some experience of this series. Greenlaw fits the bill perfectly and we'd be extremely keen to have him here." Prospec will no doubt be hoping that Greenlaw will be tempted by the team's form last season, and the fact that both of their full-time drivers stepped up to F2RWRS after only one season with the team.

Luckily for you, out of the 6 drivers in the program, only you and Greenlaw are confirmed for any seats beyond this year. Yes, you read right. Melrose isn't guaranteed a seat beyond this year on the basis that his older brother is getting increasingly annoyed with his attitude, even though he's the quicker of the two drivers in a head-to-head test.
Biscione wrote:"Some Turkemenistani gulag repurposed for residential use" is the best way yet I've heard to describe North / East Glasgow.
Just to be on the safe side as I have little to no experience with this sort of stuff - are entries still open, and if so, which types? (all, only teams, only drivers etc)
And apart from the info on the wiki thing, would there be anything else that I need to know?
Sticking his neck on the line, one post at a time. Oh, and Singapore is still better than Monaco.
As far as I'm aware, the F3RWRS is still open for team entries, though you'll have to wait for TMLW who runs the series to confirm that. As for drivers, there's plenty of seats still available in existing teams if you don't fancy running a team yourself! A full entry list so far can be found here: http://f1alternate.wikkii.com/wiki/2015_Formula_3_Rejects_World_Race_Series_season
I'm going to actually close the team entry list because in my opinion too many teams will already miss entire weekends due to pre-qualifying, although if you are desperate for a team, then you'll need to do the livery yourself (in other words, get anyone but me to do it )
But feel free to have a couple of drivers fill those empty slots (the second ZimSport one isn't an option, I have a plan for that).

Well, I can't force myself onto a team either, so I'm guessing I can just have my young lad hang around for a bit and see if there are any opportunities for him. I see that there are a few teams that still have some slots left, but again, both he and I would rather wait and see if anyone would be interested in picking him up.
