1980 or 1981 sounds good for me.

It'll probably be a naturally aspirated engine for the first few years before switching to a turbocharged unit.

Why did my drivers make more pit-stops than everyone else?

pasta_maldonado wrote:I forgot to cut that number out; it means nothing. Merzario made tha same amount of pit stops as everyone else. That number is used in rfactor in multi-class racing, here it means nothing.

Mighty impressed with the team. It really looked like they were all on it the entire weekend. I made a few mistakes throughout the race which I feel cost me a good deal of points, but the pace was definitely there. The team, myself and Andrea will gladly take these points and the morale boost that comes with them. Let's hope we can keep this up in the following races. Though I'll really have to ask Andrea what his secret is one day...

Shadow Cosworth press release:
We are delighted with this weekend's performances from both Rosberg and Watson. John in particular found a fondness for Kyalami, qualifying inside the top 25 for the first time this year and running well to a 10th placed finish. We are confident we can continue this impressive form into the next race.
Ensign Team press release:
pity that our drivers failed to qualify for the race, but it's not their fault we had the whole weekend trouble with setting the car for the next Grand Prix planning package of amendments to the car.

Anyways, can I have more test drivers? Thomas Nurmester may be worthy for us.

Unless I'm very much mistaken, Andrea de Cesaris has been loaned to Arrows, but will still test with Alfa Romeo (Klon said it earlier.. cant find it now)

Just kidding of course, he can go ahead - although he will remain my test driver
