I get the impression that because I'm a teenager, I should know these terms easily.
It's because of my retro image methinks...

You like a girl enough to date her and be with her. You get closer by being friendly and getting to know her. When she realises that you really like her, something like this comes out: "Ohhhh, but East, I like you very much, but only as a friend. Let's stay friends!"

Good movie, btw.

Indeed. And not only because Zooey Deschanel is in it.
Only? That had nothing to do with why I saw it! I remembered Gordon-Levitt from 3rd Rock from the Sun (awesome show), saw this advertised and wondered what he was up to.
Zooey Deschanel...please, give me a break...

It turns outs that Kostas has overtaken CarlosFerreria and is now in 4th place!
And this is my 1600th post...

Only 1447 more until I catch Phoenix...
It's just around the corner, you will see!
I am currently not that far ahead of Phoenix. But I am about 1650 post behind the leader of the pack... And I think he's pulling away from me too...

I am close to finals, so my posting rhythm may slow down, but on summer I'm catching dr-baker (at least) for sure
I don't think so Phoenix. You seem to have a life. This is like pitting a Lotus IndyCar engine against a Chevy or an Honda counterpart at the brickyard.

I would resent that if only it were not true!

Hahaha, thanks! But one hour/day suffices for me to make around 20 posts/day, so be careful

I am sorry if I hurt your feelings. I wasn't even thinking much about your case when I wrote that. I just think that some people in here need a bit more spice in their lives!

So do the Lotus engines back in the States. They look much like that Life right now!

Maybe it is Life. Maybe Lotus couldn't be bothered to make a new engine so they tuned a Life engine they found in a skip

I'm pretty sure Baker's Law has been constructed, deconstructed and rebuilt several times already in this thread. What could we possibly do to make it any worse?

Once Baker's Law have been reached there is a chance of 1 of being reached again.
(notice the infinite pattern there!)

Over the past week or two, since my uni exam, I think I have spent more evening out socialising than indoors in halls, and even then, that involved chatting to my flatmates. So it is not for a want of trying...

Join the club. Things were like that for me in high school, and they've gone downhill since. Though I suppose my lack of a social life doesn't help, I don't think I'd be much good in a relationship anyway.

I'm currently quite comfortably in the 34th position, and with my current posting rate I might still get a few positions ahead of me, but getting on the first page isn't going to happen (I'm 200 posts away of doing so, but most of the members there are active as well).
