Re: F1 Rejects Forum Ratings - R7 Canada
Vettel - 7. Off Alonso's and Hamilton's pace.
Webber - 6. Even worse...
Button - 0. He doesn't even deserve a 1...RotR
Hamilton - 10. Hamilton and Kovalainen, redux. Or should I say Alonso and Massa?
Alonso - 7. Unfortunate. Ferrari screwed him over.
Massa - 6. See Alonso. Made silly mistakes, but had great pace. He was catching Webber before the spin, and after the spin he made short work of Schumacher and Di Resta and nearly caught Kobayashi despite the strategy blunder.
Schumacher - 6. MERCEDES?!
Rosberg - 7. That move with Massa and Perez disgusted me. First Bahrain and now this? He needs to be punished.
Raikkonen - 6. Um...no.
Grosjean - 9. Um...yes! Beautiful race from him. If he had one or two more laps...(but then this also applies to Perez and Vettel, so yeah.)
Di Resta - 7. Off. It's a shame, because he was quite good in qualifying.
Hulkenberg - 7. About the same as Di Resta, only he was worse in quali.
Kobayashi - 6. Barely in the points, almost caught by Massa (with the strategy blunder!) at the end...just no.
Perez - 10. HOW DID YOU DO THAT?! And from 15th... IIDotR
Ricciardo - 7. He spun and STILL outraced Vergne? That's actually nice for a change.
Vergne - 6. For once, he was weaker all around.
Maldonado - 8. Even with the qualifying blunder, even with everything that's been going on with him as of late...he did a fine job. He beat Button and was on the lead lap. Can't say the same about Senna. Or Button.
Senna - 1. Go home, Bruno Senna. Constantly proving that he's the worst driver on the grid, even below the likes of 2011!Massa, 2012!Button and Karthikeyan.
Kovalainen - 7. I didn't see much of him, but was he seriously only 15 seconds behind the very guy who replaced him? In a Caterham?
Petrov - 6. Invisible.
De la Rosa - 8. HRT, amigos...I'm sorry, but you don't belong in F1. (I'm talking about the team, not Pedro. Pedro was amazing, considering the circumstances.)
Karthikeyan - 3. You, on the other hand...
Glock - 5. Invisible. No idea why he retired.
Pic - 4. No pace. Would've probably beaten the HRTs though...
Webber - 6. Even worse...
Button - 0. He doesn't even deserve a 1...RotR

Sticking his neck on the line, one post at a time. Oh, and Singapore is still better than Monaco.

Re: F1 Rejects Forum Ratings - R7 Canada
Vettel - Lost ground, and pitted far too late to be any threat to Hamilton. 7
Webber - Quite average. 6
Button - Quite useless. A rather awful result. 1
Hamilton - He came, he saw, he conquered. Then pitted and did it again. (I'm not even a Hamilton fan...) 10
Alonso - Kept pace with Hamilton, perhaps his team should have brought him in to stand any chance. 8
Massa - Rather wild, some of it down to tyres, some of it down to himself. 5
Schumacher - Probably wouldn't have scored points anyway...5
Rosberg - Very close to nipping past Alonso. 0.4 seconds close, in fact. 8
Raikkonen - Hounded Webber until the last moments. 7
Grosjean - Excellent performance today. Used clear space to the maximum. 10
Di Resta - Started very well, but tyres fell away at the start and never recovered. 7
Hulkenberg - Didn't do anything of note. 5
Kobayashi - Was high up before 1st pitstop but got relegated to 11th at that point. Strategy didn't work. 7
Perez - Set some super quick laps at the end. Strategy DID work. 10
Ricciardo - Nowhere. You've got more chance of finding Ray Mears in a jungle than Daniel Ricciardo on race day. 4
Vergne - Needs to sort qualifying out majorly; it's not having a good effect on race day. 4
Maldonado - Steady through the race, made up some places and never realistically had a chance at points. 5
Senna - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgSR4ltkDCg...2
Kovalainen - A good start, generally had ok pace in the race. 6
Petrov - Lower than Kovalainen. Hence a 5.
De la Rosa - Brakes turned into charred remains. 5
Karthikeyan - Spins, saves, bins. 3
Glock - I think he did ok...hard to tell. 5
Pic - He got in the way a bit. 3
Webber - Quite average. 6
Button - Quite useless. A rather awful result. 1
Hamilton - He came, he saw, he conquered. Then pitted and did it again. (I'm not even a Hamilton fan...) 10

Re: F1 Rejects Forum Ratings - R7 Canada
Vettel: 7: Needed a better strategy and should have looked after his tires at the beginning.
Webber: 5: Looked to be a bit ragged today. Not his finest of drives.
Button: 1: This was the same guy that beat Vettel on the last lap in the rain last year? Or did Kazuki Nakajima somehow sneak into the car and drove under Button's name? Pathetic.
Hamilton: 9: I'll be honest; if Red Bull or Ferrari had better strategies, he would not have won. However, he made use of their situations, and profited.
Alonso: 8: Great drive, until it was marred by poor strategy. Then he became a sitting duck.
Massa: 6: I would never have thought Massa would have recovered after that spin. But he somehow made it into the points and showed speed; I'm impressed.
Schumacher: 6: Not the fastest today but still needs better luck.
Rosberg: 6: He scored points; that's all I can think of.
Raikkonen: 4: At this rate his new nickname should be the Glacier. Yeah he was quick at the beginning but was nowhere at the end. Also was outclassed by Grosjean.
Grosjean: 9: I think it has been established that Grosjean definitely has the speed and that he is capable of podiums. Now let's see a win.
Di Resta: 7: Was pretty quick at the beginning but fell off towards the end.
Hulkenberg: 5: He got into the points at one point.
Kobayashi: 7: Good, solid drive into the points.
Perez: 10: Even better solid drive into the podium.
Ricciardo: 4: He brought out a yellow; that was the most I have seen of him.
Vergne: 4: He got a penalty; that was the most I have seen of him.
Maldonado: 5: Kept out of trouble.
Senna: 2: Trundling around the back of the grid like it was 2010.
Kovalainen: 5: I saw him getting lapped.
Petrov: 4: This guy is still in F1? I thought he vanished.
De la Rosa: 6: Might have caught up to the Caterhams if his brakes didn't fail.
Karthikeyan: 5: Kept it out of trouble until his brakes failed.
Glock: 4: He's just wasting his time.
Pic: 6: Managed to finish, albeit 2 laps down.
Webber: 5: Looked to be a bit ragged today. Not his finest of drives.
Button: 1: This was the same guy that beat Vettel on the last lap in the rain last year? Or did Kazuki Nakajima somehow sneak into the car and drove under Button's name? Pathetic.

Re: F1 Rejects Forum Ratings - R7 Canada
Vettel: 7 - I'll be honest, when he led the first stint I thought he had it sealed.
Webber: 5 - He's given the initiative back to his teammate after Monaco
Button: 1 - seriously what's happened to him? LAPPED by his teammate.
Hamilton: 9 - Great drive, his tyre management impressed me seriously
Alonso: 7 - To be honest I thought he'd win till about 10 laps from the end
Massa: 5 - What a shame about that spin
Schumacher: 7 - I guess his luck from his Ferrari days is evening out
Rosberg: 7 - what was that with Massa and Perez? Otherwise OK.
Raikkonen: 6 - isn't he supposed to be team leader?
Grosjean: 10 - when he avoids hitting anything on the first lap, he's great, but I certainly didn't expect him to almost win
Di Resta: 6 - Shame he couldn't keep his early position
Hulkenberg: 5 - anonymous again
Kobayashi: 7 - wish it had been him on the podium
Perez: 10 - wow where did that come from?
Ricciardo: 5 - typical him really
Vergne: 3 - he'd have been nomination for RotR without Button
Maldonado: 4 - seriously needs to calm down
Senna: 3 - seems to be slipping to the back of the non-2010 new teams field
Kovalainen: 7
Petrov: 4
De La Rosa: 8 - running ahead of both marussias until he overheated
Karthikeyan: 4 - what a pathetic spin
Glock & Pic - 5 each, anonymous
Webber: 5 - He's given the initiative back to his teammate after Monaco
Button: 1 - seriously what's happened to him? LAPPED by his teammate.
Hamilton: 9 - Great drive, his tyre management impressed me seriously

Re: F1 Rejects Forum Ratings - R7 Canada
1 Sebastian Vettel - Set the fastest lap of the race. Was awesome on qualifying too. Too bad it didn't translate into a better result. 8/10.
2 Mark Webber - Went as expected. Not bad at all, but not very good either. Would give 6.5, but giving a 7 due to the 'no half-marks' rule. 7/10.
3 Jenson Button - Another awful performance. He seriously needs to refocus on his racing. Was kinda hard to see Hamilton lapping him. 1/10.
4 Lewis Hamilton - Brilliant win. From the pit radio excerpts one could notice he was controlling the race even when he was behind Alonso and Vettel, and was fast when it mattered. That's the kind of mental frame Button had last year and made him so exceptional, and it seems that the latter is letting slip this year. 10/10.
5 Fernando Alonso - It seems that the Ferrari car couldn't handle the long stretch the strategy guys planned for the Soft tires. His dropping like a rock down the field in the end of the race was by no means his fault. 8/10.
6 Felipe Massa - Same as Alonso. Seems like Ferrari was really having trouble with tire wear, and Massa even took more of a hit. Speed-wise, he seems to have recovered his form though. -1 for that spin in the beginning of the race, even though it appeared to be more down to tire problems. 7/10.
7 Michael Schumacher - Was more or less OK until his DRS failed. Once again the car let him down... that's 5 DNFs out of 7 races. 5/10.
8 Nico Rosberg - Showed some speed, even though he lost some ground in the opening stages. 7/10.
9 Kimi Räikkönen - Average. 5/10.
10 Romain Grosjean - Made the strategy work beautifully. Very well-deserved podium. 10/10.
11 Paul di Resta - Was fast in the opening stages, but dropped off afterwards. 6/10.
12 Nico Hulkenberg - Was somewhat anonymous. 5/10.
14 Kamui Kobayashi - Good performance. Showed his skills in the midfield fight, but his performance was overshadowed by Pérez's podium. 7/10.
15 Sergio Perez - Like Grosjean, came out of nowhere to the podium. The Sauber car seems to help, but that's SOME tire management. It seems a reverse situation of what we had in Malaysia - this time Pérez had what Alonso didn't and ultimately that robbed the victory from the latter. 10/10.
16 Daniel Ricciardo - That spin in the end doesn't count positively... 4/10.
17 Jean-Eric Vergne - Didn't get into trouble, although he was somewhat anonymous. 5/10.
18 Pastor Maldonado - Average performance, even though he improved quite a bit from his starting positions... but starting among HRTs and Marussias that's to be expected. 5/10.
19 Bruno Senna - Weak. Took him the whole race to clear the Caterhams and stayed just there trundling around, with Button. 2/10.
20 Heikki Kovalainen - The car was apparently not as competitive as it was in Monaco. Did the best he could. 6/10.
21 Vitaly Petrov - Average, too. At some point was losing ground to de la Rosa until the latter retired, but I think it's more to de la Rosa's merit. 5/10.
22 Pedro de la Rosa - Was getting out all the HRT could offer in terms of performance until his brakes gave up. Outqualified and was quite comfortably ahead of both Marussias in the race up to that point. 7/10.
23 Narain Karthikeyan - Also taken out by car failure... but was being absolutely thrashed by de la Rosa the whole weekend up to then. 3/10.
24 Timo Glock - Even among the backmarkers, Marussia is setting a new standard for anonymity. Had their rear ends handed down to them by de la Rosa. 4/10.
25 Charles Pic - See Glock. 4/10.

Re: F1 Rejects Forum Ratings - R7 Canada
Vettel 5 - Average strategy and didn't really have the pace.
Webber 5 - Bad strategy cost him a podium chance, back to anonymous midfield clogging for you, mate.
Button 3 - Moaning. Clearly he can't get the car going faster than that, but his compensatory skill is apparently car setup and kindness on tyres, which Hamilton blitzed him on today
Hamilton 10- Flawless racing under pressure- the pace was there when they needed those fast laps, and he was calm about coming out of the pits so far behind Vettel and Alonso
Alonso 7 - You could see the logic of staying out, but when you looked at the physical number of laps, he should've dived in and chose a safe 2nd/3rd. Sacrificing conservatism for the win was rather unlike him. Deserves points for looking like the quickest car for a lot of the race
Massa 3 - Spun off. Behind Bruno Senna in the WDC on merit.
Schumacher 5 - No luck, seemed to be doing ok in the race. The last time Gary Anderson makes a prediction probably.
Rosberg 6 - Car chewed up the tyres but got racey and still picked up useful points
Raikkonen 5 - Needs to realise when to come in for tyres
Grosjean 8 - Made those tyres last and dissected the field well
Di Resta 5 - Good start, faded, and didn't quite claw it back
Hulkenberg 4 - Anonymous
Kobayashi 6 - A decent race
Perez 9 - The perfect strategy for the car
Ricciardo 3 - Made a few mistakes and was bad
Vergne 4 - Awful qualification and did nothing
Maldonado 6 - 22nd to 13th wasn't too bad
Senna 4 - 16th to 17th was pretty bad
Kovalainen 6 - Another decent race
Petrov 5 - Held people up
De la Rosa 6
Karthikeyan 3
Glock 4- Barely saw him
Pic 5 - Finished, albeit last

Re: F1 Rejects Forum Ratings - R7 Canada
Vettel - 6: Not as fast as he should've been in the race, picked the wrong strategy to boot. At least he and Red Bull recognised it in time.
Webber - 5: Had nothing for Vettel all weekend
Button - 1: Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear...
Hamilton - 10: Think he's finally finding his 2007-spec performance again.
Alonso - 6: I don't blame him for trying to win, but he should've recognised when to pack it in. He's experienced enough to override the team on strategy, I think.
Massa - 6: Not bad, but that spin really cost him
Schumacher - 5: Wasn't all that spectactular even before the DRS failure.
Rosberg - 6: Wasn't this supposed to be a good race for Mercedes?
Raikkonen - 6: Never really seemd to have Grosjean's pace
Grosjean - 9: Way to shut up the critics.
Di Resta - 6: Good in the first stint, then disappeared off the face of the planet.
Hulkenberg - 5: Who?
Kobayashi - 6: Solid points, but really not good enough considering Perez's performance
Perez - 9: Imagine if he had qualified a bit better...
Ricciardo - 4: Beat Vergne. I guess that's something, but he still spun out.
Vergne - 3: For Christ's sake, you dropped Alguersuari or Buemi for these douches!? I thought Buemi was rough, but come on!
Maldonado - 4: Oh dear.
Senna - 1: Behind the Caterham's for the majority of the race. On a track with passing opportunities. WHAT THE HELL.
Kovalainen - 6: Kept Senna behind him.
Petrov - 6: Also kept Senna behind him.
De la Rosa - 8: Nooooo! I thought he could've beaten the Caterham's at the pace he was going, I think he was 18th or something.
Karthikeyan - 5: Not all that bad, for once.
Glock - 3: He was behind Pic for the whole race
Pic - 6: Was beating Glock, but I think Marussia have actually fallen behind HRT... weren't they supposed to be making progress this year?
Webber - 5: Had nothing for Vettel all weekend
Button - 1: Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear...

Re: F1 Rejects Forum Ratings - R7 Canada
Vettel - 8 - Had the better of Webber, although I was expecting him to win from pole, his usual trick
Webber - 7 - Off his teammates pace, but nowhere near DBTMOTR
Hamilton - 9 - Another win at Canada, brilliant at this track again
Button - 1 -![Image](http://toeas.com/emoticon/files/2011/07/facepalm-emoticon-2.gif)
Alonso - 8 - Probably should have pitted, but had great pace before then
Massa - 5 - Not bad, until that spin
Schumacher - 5 - When will it go right for him?
Rosberg - 6 - Nothing special
Raikkonen - 6 - Outclassed by GGRRRSSJJJNNN
Grosjean - 9 - Excellent race, I think he could win one this season

Kobayashi - 6 - Not bad, although put into the shade by his teammate

Ricciardo - 4 - You dropped Buemi for this guy?
Vergne - 3 - You dropped Alguersuari for this guy?

Senna - 2 -![Image](http://toeas.com/emoticon/files/2011/07/facepalm-emoticon-2.gif)
Kovalainen - 6 - Kept Senna at bay
Petrov - 5 - Same as Kovalainen, but finished behind him
De La Rosa - 8 - Beat the Marussias and embarrassed them. Signing him was the best decision HRT ever made
Karthikeyan - 5 - Wasn't completely useless for once
Glock - 4 - Nothing to say about his race, umm, his car doesn't look like a fat guy's sat on the front.
Pic - 5 - Finished the race, all I can honestly say
Webber - 7 - Off his teammates pace, but nowhere near DBTMOTR
Hamilton - 9 - Another win at Canada, brilliant at this track again

Re: F1 Rejects Forum Ratings - R7 Canada
Vettel - 7 - Strategy cost him the race, and wasn't as far in front as I expected him to be.
Webber - 5 - Anonymous. Think there about three mentions of him on Sunday in total.
Button - 1 - For bathplug sake Bunsen, sort it out!
Hamilton - 10 - Hate to say it, but there is no denying that was a world-class performance.
Alonso - 6 - Strategy blew up in his face, and could be pivitol in deciding the title later in the season.
Massa - 4 - Threw away a strong position with a lazy spin.
Rosberg - 7 - Being stuck behind Di Resta compromised his race.
Schumacher - 4 - Just how much bad luck is this guy gonna recieve? Aside from that, would have been lucky to scrape a point with his performance.
Raikkonen - 6 - Anonymous and placed firmly in the shadow by...
GRRSSJJNNN - 10 - Fantastic performance! Mark my words, he will win a race this season.![Image](http://forzainterforums.com/images/smilies/slick.gif)
Di Resta - 5 - Good start, but turned into Olivier Grouillard very quickly, and was never in contention after that.
Hulkenberg - 4 - He was in this race?
Kobayashi - 6 - Points are welcome, but like Raikkonen, was blown away by his team mate.
Perez - 10 - Someone give this man a top seat for next season.
Ricciardo - 4 - His spin was the only interesting thing about his race.
Vergne - 3 - Atrocious qualifying yet again, and was nowhere come race day.
Maldonado - 4 - I'm sorry, but did this guy win a race less than a month ago?
Senna - 2 - Spent nearly half of the race behind BOTH Caterhams. And did precisely sod all after it.
Kovalainen - 6 - Kept Senna at bay for a long while
Petrov - 6 - Ditto
De La Rosa - 7 - Was slamming Marussia's face into the dust before his brakes melted.
Karthikeyan - 2 - Gains a point for that impressive spin into turn one.
Glock - 4 - Didn't finish the race.
Pic - 5 - Finished the race.
Webber - 5 - Anonymous. Think there about three mentions of him on Sunday in total.
Button - 1 - For bathplug sake Bunsen, sort it out!
![Evil or Very Mad ](./images/smilies/icon_evil.gif)
Mark my words, he will win a race this season.
![Image](http://forzainterforums.com/images/smilies/slick.gif)
![Rolling Eyes ](./images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif)

Re: F1 Rejects Forum Ratings - R7 Canada
Vettel 7 - going backwards, was a bit lucky not to damage the car in his late charge
Webber 6 - wasn't close enough for the leading trio in the early stages, then found himself stuck behind 1-stoppers
Button 1 - another dreadful performance from Jason - we're expecting back his twin brother
Hamilton 9 - very good race, well-deserved win
Alonso 7 - the strategic gamble didn't work, even if it was a likeable move
Massa 5 - very good start, then a ridiculous spin; just can't put a really strong race together
Schumacher 4 - he was slow, didn't lose too much with his DRS-failure
Rosberg 7 - a little un-Rosbergish race, he seemed slow in the opening laps, and quicker later; not bad
Raikkonen 5 - passive, should've ended up near Perez, but didn't
Grosjean 9 - made a strategy work which two World Champions couldn't
Di Resta 6 - good early stages, a bit unlucky in the end not to score IMO
Hulkenberg 5 - unlike his teammate he never even looked like scoring
Kobayashi 7 - good drive, mediocre strategy
Perez 8 - great strategy, great use of tyres, surprising podium finish
Ricciardo 5 - he finally finished ahead Vergne, but with his spin I can't rate him higher than this
Vergne 4 - bad qualifying, bad race, lapped while his teammate wasn't, speeding-penalty
Maldonado 5 - very good, very bad - very mediocre was coming now
Senna 3 - clearly lost momentum around Barcelona
Kovalainen 7 - another strong performance, though not as fantastic as in Monaco
Petrov 6 - good drive, his poor start denied him Kovalainen-like battles with the back of the midfield
De la Rosa 7 - nice drive, it's a shame his brakes failed
Karthikeyan 5 - he was ok, far from De la Rosa, though
Glock 5 - fell behind Pic before retiring
Pic 6 - his car clearly wasn't one to race with, but he was the only one from the bottom 4 to cross the finish line
Webber 6 - wasn't close enough for the leading trio in the early stages, then found himself stuck behind 1-stoppers
Button 1 - another dreadful performance from Jason - we're expecting back his twin brother

I'll do a rater average list after the next round. I think we've had enough rounds now to see some tendencies.
