I presume you mean for the 2015 season, in which case I'd have no problem doing it if you want. What sort of design did you want? (bearing in mind the limitations of the GP2 template!)

Thank you, My personal preference would be a blue and silver Red Bull livery with associate sponsorship from Petronas, Autobacs and KONE. Other than that do whatever you like with it.

Seeing what kostas did with the tyre logos in the RoLFS wiki page, I've decided that I might as well add them to the F1RWRS pages as well (because it looks nice). I need to know however the tyres that everyone wishes to pretend that they used. Default choice is Michelin, as they were used in-game during the original era (and that'll be the only tyre in 2010), but anyone who wants to use a different choice can go ahead.

MRT/JLD and Horizion/O'Lauchlan have always used Michelin tyres

EDIT: Once you think about it however, it doesn't make much sense as Melrose used Bridgestones for the vast majority of his F1 career. Which might go some way to explaining why he was so shite in 2010

F2RWRS race winner and former MRT driver Marie Simon is allegedly on the verge of signing a one year deal with the Shonan team, Autosport has learned. Whilst her qualifying form in 2014 has thus far been poor, her race pace has been nothing short of exceptional. With champion teammate Mitchell Macklin signed up with Simpson Motorsport's new F1RWRS team and runner-up candidate Rosco Vantini looking for a drive at ArrowTech, Simon is looking to join her peers in the series. Whilst neither Simon or Shonan boss Hagane Shizuka were available for comment, rumours are starting to emerge of ARC also looking into hiring the Frenchwoman's services

Basically, what I'm doing is giving Shizuka a chance at 75 free credits and helping her career out in the process as, out of all the top F2RWRS drivers, her career's the only one that seems to have stalled. Be warned however she'll have to miss the first three races of next year for her role in the Hamilton shunt but that's already covered under the regulations so there's no fear of penalties there.

If either Van Dycke or Albertini decides to leave, while I can get a reserve driver - we'll see

I was going to say that AMR, MAN and Foxdale all only used Michelin, but then, I decided:

AMR (Anglo-Manx Racing) and Foxdale: Being based in the British Isles, they decided to race on British tyres so they have always raced on Dunlops.
MAN (Manx-Anglo-Nippon): With Japanese links (set up to help Shizuka away from West Cliff Racing), they used Bridgestone tyres, with comparisons made with the Dunlops between AMR and MAN teams.

Updated Jones Racing's F1RWRS entries, all with Goodyear tyres.

Also Eurobrun, here's what I came up with. The low resolution really is a bugger for logos, so detail is limited, but if you want anything changed, just say! :)

ArrowTech has always used Bridgestone tires. And Acuri also used Bridgestones. Not that it matters, since GP2 can't distinguish any types of tyres except wets.

Autosport wrote:Sunshine management sexist?
Shinobu Katayama was very unhappy that the Sunshine management when they called Kay Lon the "Number 1" driver, she was quoted as saying "Kay Lon is a good driver, but I blew him into the weeds this year, so much so that he has signed for another team for 2015. I am in the number one car, I am in the championship lead with a chance of getting runner up spot and unlike Kay Lon who has jumped shipped I have signed for 2015, although the management have serious issues with me being a woman and one member of staff asked me to make some tea one day when I was at the factory, he won't be doing that again after I stabbed a pencil into his leg.". Katayama hinted that she was tempted to look elsewhere if the management do not retract their statements.

Kay Lon still not a safe bet for the Japanese GP?
Despite management saying that Kay Lon is safe for his seat for the Japanese GP, an inside mole said that it is like a vote of confidence before the management sack someone. Lon has been disappointing against team mate Shinobu Katayama and some of the Japanese sponsors would like a Japanese team for the Japanese team with Hagana Shizuka likely to be the driver.

More Leakage! in weeks late shock.
Barii Mori was bemused at More Leakage! stating that Nicolas Steele has not be signed, as Kamaha signed him weeks ago to be the number one driver with Mori as the Number two. Kamaha have not signed an engine as yet as they are waiting for budget and engine prices but it is likely to be the Yamaha V10 engine.

Time running out for Rosco Vantini
Rosco Vantini who is on a charge in F2RWRS and could win it is still unsigned for 2015 with the only firm offer on the table from the hapless Tropico team. Autosport understands that he is still talking to teams and is hoping to get a offer from a midtable team soon.

Prince Saeed Al Faisal looking happy
Pay driver Al Faisal beemed as he left the Arrowtech team today, it is rumoured that he has been signed as a second driver for the team due to his skill and large wallet. We expect to hear an official announcement after the Japanese GP.

Prince Falik decreases shareholding in Arrowtech?
We hear that due to the complex reverse take over of Arrowtech by Acuri, Prince Falik has sold 20% of his stakehold back to the Fox, neither would comment although we believe that Prince Falik is using the money to persuade The Fox to sign the talented Rosco Vantini and will pay for his wages out of his own pocket. Although a conflicting rumour is that he is unhappy at the Fox in his attempt to sign a pay as you go driver. What ever the rumours are it not going to be a quiet reporting season outside the Arrowtech garage in 2015.

Schiller weighing up his options

Prospec refugee Jean-Luc Schiller is not yet decided over his future in F1RWRS beyond the upcoming Japanese Grand Prix. The Swiss driver was passed over for a 2015 race seat at the Kent-based team in favour of Fredo Mestolio but does not appear short of potential suitors. In an exclusive interview, Schiller confirmed he had been in contact with three teams and had a firm offer from one, but would not be drawn on his intentions, saying only that he was evaluating the situation and weighing up his options.

Nah it's still on GP2. But it's nice to see the liveries on a higher resolution game. Puts the hard work in a better light I think.

I can see three differences:

*The Petronas logo on the rear-wing is a different colour.
*The RedBull logo on rear-wing endplates are not in the original.
*There's tiny Goodyear logo's on the Bottom of sidepods that have been added.

Any more?

I tried to keep it as accurate as I could, I was using the 93 Jordan as a base. I like the livery Andrea Moda, it's clean and simple, and quite elegant :) With the KONE logo, I tried it in blue, but it was hard to see it against the blue background. The trouble is with the GP2 template, if you'd copied it like for like into rFactor it would have looked rubbish because you just can't get the detail in GP2. It's a shame, but then I think I prefer having it like that than the nightmare it can be designing liveries for GP4!

The livery in this thread is the old Team Phoenix one, with Red Bull. If you can make Aeroracing's, with:
-A metallic orange and custard yellow paintjob,
-Metallic orange rims,
-Repsol logos on the sidepods and rear wing front plate,
-Camel logos on the front wing plates and engine cover,
-Dark Dog logos on the bargeboards, nosecone and rear wing back plate,
I'd be very pleased ;)

According to the wiki the follow teams have not signed up a 2015 drivers or tyres

ARC - Second Driver - Tyres
Aeroracing - Tyres
Arrowtech Acuri - Second Driver
Dofasco - Both drivers and Tyres
DGNinerring - Tyres
Foxdale - Second driver
Gillet - Tyres
Holden - Second Driver
Kamaha - Tyres
Mecha - Second driver and Tyres
Prospec - Tyres
Simpson - Second driver and Tyres
Sunshine - Second driver and Tyres
Tropico - Both drivers and Tyres

personally I can't see Tropico or Dofasco annoucing drivers until just before the deadline.

Concerning tyre suppliers, I'm just taking random swings at guessing any who haven't told me, so feel free to change it if you want :)

Full time or as Macklin's replacement in Adelaide?

Full time, Macklin's replacement will be announced after the Budweiser 800.

Guess who's doing MRT's livery for next year? :P

I want it to be similar to the F2RWRS livery but with black instead of grey. The sponsors are Virgin (obviously), DHL on the rear wing, Rolex, Shell on the front wing, BMW and Michelin
