You can tell I've never spent credits on my drivers before, can't you?! And Phoenix was leading me to believe that I could spend credits on my driver at his team... Phoenix, how about Douglas Mann races for you for the first race while Pippa is at Foxdale, I spend credits on her, then we swap the drivers back for the second race onwards?

His sole recent start was for Foxdale in the recent F3RWRS Invitational race alongside Martin McFry, to add to his race career prior to his journalism for 'F1 News' in the 1990s. Condolences go to his widow and his children (whom he often referred to as his 'little Effers').

There were eyebrows raised when Mecha stormed to 3rd and 4th in the Luxembourg GP, although our eagle eyed journalists noticed that they were not using their normal cars and the cars did look like DGNerring cars painted as Mecha cars. DGN and Mecha refused to answer our questions.

RWRS Weekly wrote:Simpson Motorsports still interested in signing Melrose
Simpson Motorsports owner Dave Simpson may be out of a full time drive next season if the latest rumours are correct, that Daniel Melrose will be driving alongside his protege Mitchell Macklin at the newly formed team in 2015. Simpson remains tight-lipped about these rumours, but has said he's still interested in signing Melrose. This could possibly just be for the first race of the season, where Mitchell Macklin won't be racing due to his one race ban incurred at the F2RWRS race at Indianapolis.

Tropico Grand Prix powered by CR Motorsport confirmed today that they have signed Nathan Scott. The former DGNgineering-Zakspeed driver had been associated with the Tropican team after his manager was seen at several meetings with team officials.
"It is great for us to get such an amazing driver who worked for King Dagnall himself," El Presidente was quoted. It is currently unclear whether Scott brings any money to the team, was signed for his minor knowledge of a F1RWRS top car or he managed to convince the German council running the team. With this announcement, Tropico GP becomes the thirteenth team to complete their and after Gillet Ecurie Nationale Belge the second team to have a single-nationality driver line-up.

Today, the Internet and telephone service provider Deutsche Telekom have confirmed that they have signed a contract with Kay Lon. The Prospec driver is to become a marquee ambassador for the Congstar brand which targets younger customers. "His rather ... unique personality appeals to teenagers and young adults which is why we felt it was a very good move to sign him," a company spokesman was quoted.
While the company confirmed that their logo will appear on the cars of Best In The World Motorsport, it is currently unclear whether Prospec will get either sponsorship or free services by the company, like Kay Lon's deal with Avira. The British team was not available for comment yet.

Shortly after entering a team in F1RWRS, El Presidente made implications that he was interested in having a race on the island state. A proposal, called Melrose Plan after it's designer and regular Tropico visitor Daniel Melrose, was leaked to the public, was however rejected due to the significant change to the island required.
Now, we have learned that the accepted proposal which cosisted of parts of the Melrose Plan and using actual roads will not be realised either due to funds having run out for updating the streets in the capital of La Maravilla to raceable conditions. According to our sources, the team has contacted the F1R Council in request of financial support but a decision on that matter is not expected until mid-2015 which would mean that the track would at best see its debut in the 2018 F1RWRS season.
