Rest of the high school, "reading vacation" and then the rest of the matriculation exams*. Most likely some GPM2 modding and forum trundling in between there, especially on the reading vacation.

*Although the last of them is 8 days after the Bahrain GP

I have a date on Tuesday. Delayed it until the Championship was over.

(Disclaimer: I do understand that was a sexist and rather unfortunate one-liner. It's not even true. I just couldn't resist the punchline.)

November: NaBloPoMo and NaNoWriMo. The former forces me to look for F1 stuff to fulfil the obligation to post one new blog entry every day for a month. The latter results in a novel of at least 50000 words being written in a month. Both occur in November, which can get interesting...

December: Revising for tests and sorting out Christmas.

January: Thinking about testing and the implications of the final driver moves. Also, recovering from the intensity the typical September-December have for me. Oh, and there's the small matters of Autosport International and the 2nd F1 Bloggers and Friends Karting Competition to sort out too!

February: The F1 world kicks into high gear and I feel like the season's already begun, even though there have been no actual races.

Incidentally, my birthday is on the Friday of the Malaysian Grand Prix (if I've remembered the calender sequence correctly).

I can't starve myself from F1 completely though, I've decided to give Batracer another go. Also got Grand Prix 4 on hand. ;)

It's one of the few sports with less passing than F1.

That's just given me an insane idea... but I'll elaborate more on that later

Anyways I'll probably spend the off season on Flight Sim, Grand Prix 4 and on ze internet while watching the latest driver changes and the inevitable off season political slanging match

Codemasters are making their next F1 game for the PC, so I'll be toughing it out until that gets released in March. They're probably slightly concerned with the team and driver situation which is a good thing because they'll have to concentrate on making the racing itself playable and enjoyable.

Luckily I like other sports but it always seems a terribly long time in between seasons.

Hoping there's an A1 GP series to follow, otherwise GP2 Asia series and possibly F1 2009 for PSP...

EDIT: Oh, and the seasonal specials of Doctor Who. Woo-hoo.

I'm banking on that one to happen, I've requested off from work during all the races and qualifying sessions. If A1GP doesn't happen, I'm looking at work, sleep, and playing ice hockey.

Forgot that there's also a new season of Top Gear on TV starting next weekend - can be rather entertaining.

Usually I'd knuckle down to my studies, but I'm in Transition Year, so I'll be 'broadening my educational, social and spritiual horizons'. Right now I'm actually a bit stressed with the Radio Station that I've mentioned before.

I'm currently having anxiety about a movie screenplay I've written. I hope this anxiety doesn't continue the whole off-season, and a bit of creativity ensues.
