You know that many dead forums have became spambot's h[e]aven? ;)

Going out for a roast dinner tonight with some local friends, church in the morning (as I do most Sundays!), another meal out tomorrow evening. Nice things but nothing exceptionally special. Disappointed not to have got tickets to the closing ceremony at some sports event about 20 miles/30km to the west of me. I think they call it the Olympics or something? Apparently Team UK are doing alright? Anybody got a spare £950 or £2012 to buy me an unsold ticket?

Well, I'm off to France for a week (so I'll miss whether my team manages to grab an entry for F3RWRS).

If I've had to eat out of a bush, we've either ended up in some French forest or I've got lucky

Well yes, but i was at the place that got hit the least, so been pretty lucky there (i only got wet shoes, and that was it, the podium i was ironically was called 'the shelter' )
Didn't see a lot of it happening as i was in that tent, only could see the damage afterwards. (which was kind of impressive, obviously)
The festival really brings bad luck, the year before, one artist comitted suicide, and a roadie got a heart attack, while in the nineties, one of the local farmers pigs died because of the load noise.
And well yeah, i've had great bands like The Ramones playing in my damn backyard, if only i realised by that age!
I don't know what i want and i want it now!

I think Hemo became the editor of a university newspaper and Carlos is either in uni or just finished it which meant that they stopped posting on here altogether. Hence why Mario and Phoenix were promoted to replace them.
