Piquet back to F1...with Force India?!

Piquet mostly talking about NASCAR Camping World Truck series, but also mentioning he has been in contact with Force India about next year...
Be afraid, be very afraid, Turn 17 spectators.
Adrian Sutil will finally win his first Grand Prix, thanks to 'team orders'...

Well, he'd have to be a test driver, since all signs seem to point to Liuzzi and Sutil at Force India next year.

Given that Chandhok and Neel are fighting over the test seat, I somehow can't see how Nelson would be in the Force India seat either. Even if Sutil decides for some reason that he wants to change teams.

Who wants a driver who'll blab all your secrets the moment he's remotely ticked off with you? I can imagine any advantages of having Nelson as a tester.
Re: Piquet back to F1...with Force India?!
Yeah, they'll definitely need him at the Force... after all, he is the MOST experienced driver out there... ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)

I didn't know Force India required a tea boy.

Beautiful.
Re: Piquet back to F1...with Force India?!
Nelsinho surely brings some sponsorship money, which makes him a pay driver. Sutil has reportedly aborted his contract to negotiate for better money. He will find out if this was a clever move. Still, in fact there are both Force 1ndia cockpits available, even though VJ Mallya says he wants continuity. Fisichella wants to come back, but he could also go to the new Sauber. But there are still some big name drivers available as well. Wouldn't it be really ironic if Kimi Raikkonen got one of those Force 1ndia drives?
"I don't think we should be used to finance (the manufacturers') R&D because they will produce that engine anyway" said Monisha Kaltenborn.

They should be too desperate to get him, being his reputation so soiled. Aren't Force India guys that desperate, right? ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

Nelsinho Jnr has should not be offered a drive again, along with Nakajima

They gave Fisichella to Ferrari without a question... because they owed them a lot of money. It wouldn't surprise me if they also have debts elsewhere...

Every single race, Kimi would qualify immediately behind Adrian, and hit him hard while braking to the first corner.

I don't think Force India will sign him.
If they do however, I expect it to either be "test driver", "crash test driver" or "tea-boy" role.

I thought (apart from Brawn) every team had a comfy budgetary situation...

"Nelson Piquet Jr. signed by Force India for an innovative experience: the human crash-test dummy. Team boss Vijay Mallya said:-"We don't have to worry about his integrity. After all, he's the crashgate guy. Who better than him for leading this innovation that will allow our tests to be more precise?"-. Future plans, if all goes well, include the signing of back-ups Yuji Ide and Shigeaki Hattori."
