Kay Lon wrote:Fredo is a sneaky little twat, isn't he? Letting me do all the hard work in PQ before going on to earn all the glory in qualifying proper. Just kidding, of course. I ran into a bit of traffic at the start of my decisive lap in the second session, one of the Jones cars, not sure which, got a bit in my way. Since most of my lap time depends on the first sector there was no hope of getting a proper laptime after that incident. Well, that's motorsport, no use in crying over it: we got both cars on the grid and let's see whether being the Best In The World™ is good enough to get something done on race day.

In which case, Revolution will be given whatever credits they get from Simon finishing third in last year's F2RWRS championship whenever the hell the overlord feels like it on the basis that she runs at least 8 races this year.

Gary Cameron wrote:It's a relief to be back on the grid, especially after one of the most competitive pre-qualifying sessions there's probably ever been in terms of the relative performance of the teams. Fredo did an absolutely fantastic job on Saturday and hopefully he'll be able to turn it into a strong result. Kay lost a lot of time relative to his pre-qualifying performance, so that's something we'll have to look at. The important thing for him on Sunday will be to try and get to the end of the race, which would help us a lot as we're still trying to understand the car better.

The MRTs, it seems, are in a league of its own, so unless one, or both, retire, maybe 3rd place is the best we can achieve, but both The Stig and Pippa are instructed to push for the win.

I don't know how did McFry manage to qualify so high, even more so since Douglas was only 19th, but I guess we have the pace to leave him behind in the race. And one last thing: Vantini, please don't crash into Pippa at the start, pretty please?

Yeah, you sure told me, it's not like Prospec would have DNPQed with either you or that fat Italian b**** you have in your team driving ... wait, that is what would have happened, so calm the hell down. Seems like your recent encounters with Morii and McAllister have clouded your sanity, I can't blame you for that given what kind of idiots these guys are, but don't take it out on me.

Keep it that way, that's one less rival my team has to worry about because your ego is so big you resort to drive for a minnow team because you think you can turn things overnight all by yourself... Oh, wait, that's mostly what I've done with my own team but never mind. No car blocked your silly qualifying lap in which your car was all over the place and looking like it was all you could do to keep the car on the road to try and qualify while Fredo Mestolio planted the identical car on the midfield. Best In The World, yes, at making a fool of yourself. Congratulations. I'll give you a bag of candy when the race ends.

No, let me do that: Null! Null! NULL! As far as my team-building skills go I just refer to the case of Sunshine: let's just say the fact that the team's points total nearly sixtupled during my stay and that they have dropped off again since I have gone to Prospec is not a conincidence. Especially you really should be keeping quiet since you and your bunch of maggots saw what I did in prequalifying. Surely such a great team such as yours should have beaten me by more than a mere second. Also, I haven't had an "insult contest" with Sammy, I just told him to get himself together which I wouldn't have to do if you weren't such a pest. Speaking of those, you simple-minded tapeworm wouldn't even win an insult contest if someone would shove a Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary up your arse, so just know your role and be quiet.

And if we only beat you by what you call "a mere second" in a sport where every tenth counts, it was because we really needn't push to our limits. What was the point of humiliating others in PQ anyway? And it's not like Jones needed you that much since you left. And, matter of fact, Prospec is exactly the same as last year even though you're there. And we have no points because we need to sort out the reliability, that's not a secret, but we would have as much as around 10 points if we had no mechanical failures.

I'm obviously not very satisfied with how things went today, we must improve in Qualifying and that's obvious. Now, I'm not too worried either as Mark is a better racer than qualifier and starting from there he can reallistically aim for a podium tomorrow. Let's hope the car holds together and we can take a good bunch of points tomorrow.

If we have it for Monaco that's totally fine :) IMO is a little bit late to run this for Imola. I think predicament prediction time limit should be when PreQualifying results for a race are published. Now, here is what I think predicament predictions should include:

Top 6
Pole
PreQ Pole
Fastest Lap
First retirement
ROTR
DOTR
MLP
DNQ drivers

I don't include IIDOTR or DBTMOTR because I don't think is that measurable now.
