The point of cliffhanger thread is to track series that did not start (pipeline - as in 'stuck in the pipeline'), no further progress (stalled) and those that got cancelled mid-season (cliffhanger).

Lotus Racing League (Group Lotus), annouced January 31, 2012, last activity March 26, 2012. Real-time. (UPDATE: User showed up, will proably start after the end of current (as of writing) F1RWRS season)
'Watka's rFactor championship' (watka), announced January 21, 2011, last activity Ferbuary 17, 2011 (bumped by solarcold in April 8, 2012, proably will never start given user is AWOL). Time setting unknown.
World Racing League: Grand Prix Masters (jakesanson), announced December 18, 2011, last activity January 1, 2012 (user AWOL since February). Time setting unknown.
A1GP for fomer nations (This), for non-recognized nations (This), and fictious nations (WeirdKerr), all announced June 2011. Setting unknown.
F1 Rejects Hispania Racing Challenge (Vepe), announced May 21, 2011, last activity June 1, 2011. Setting unknown - proably 2011.
F1 Rejects Masters (Pointrox), announced January 25, 2012, last activity April 12, 2012. Supposed to set in 2015.
GTRWRS (kostas22), announced April 11, 2012, last activity April 16, 2012 (called off due to interest issues). Supposed to be set in 2015, part of RWRS World.
Unnamed series [Formula 1 RPG/PBM game] (formula1rpg), announced April 4, 2011, last activity July 11, 2011 (organizer went ill). Set in 1989, apparently.

REVIVED (formerly inactive and has since been resurrected)
IRDU Rejects Cup [nee F1RLFS] (Pointrox), announced May 21, 2011, considered dead on November 5, 2011, resurrected by Nuppiz on February 19, 2012 (as Rejects of LFS). Original setting on 2011-2012 and RoLFS is 2014-2015 (and continuing).
F1 Rejects Grand Prix 2 Championship (The Lukas/tristan1117), announced August 15, 2011, last activity (from Lukas) on August 20, resurrected by tristan1117 on October 8 (series control transferred to him). Set on 1994-1995 (and continuing).

F1 Rejects Masters can be put as a "pipeline" - mostly because my computer is dying on me and I cannot even simulate a race, let alone recording the footage for broadcast.
I'm trying to pretend that my Robot Wars championship never existed at all, just a figment of our combined imagination.
