Ericsson is still young and will probably move to GP2/F2 next year. Possibly the latter because I heard Olsbergs aren't sponsoring him anymore so he doesn't have much of a budget.
For Conway, this test is going to make or break his career. He hasn't exactly set the world alight in the IRL and as we all know its not a great place to launch an F1 career from

It strikes me as odd that they have pledged to give young/reserves drivers tests before they've confirmed their 2nd driver. I have a feeling that they know exactly who they're going for (Kubica).
