Hermann Mann's annoucement of "a new touring car series" - reportedly the RTCC - a breakaway to the BTCC - recently has resulted in a accusation of conflict of interest against the Williams co-shareholder. His intention to start the touring car series were announced recently and has caused criticism within the F1RGP2C paddock. Mann declined to comment.

You can't do that. Statute of limitiations apply. Also, secondly, you can retcon character details (as I have done with driver profiles when they end up competing in canon series for years conflicting with their existing made-up history) but not results that affect everyone.
