I'll have a guess with JV?

In April 2001, DC was interviewed by Murray Walker:
At Magny-Cours last year, I think I drove a very, very good race. I started third and overtook two cars to win. And I overtook two cars not because they pitted, not because they ran wide. No, I actually overtook two cars, in anger, to win a GP - and it was totally overlooked, in my view, because I'm not Michael Schumacher. If I was Michael Schumacher, everyone would have said, "What a magnificent, classic Schuey win!". But no one said that. No one said, "F*cking Hell! Regarding the underlined bit, Ferrari were suffering from particularly high wear on their rear tyres at France 2000. IIRC I think it was a setup issue. Which probably assisted DC famous overtake on M Schumi. Can't remember who the other car DC overtook in that race was, but I have a feeling it was Rubens in the other Ferrari.
So although it may be true that, Ferrari contributed towards their own problems, if indeed it was a setup problem that caused their high wear on their rear tyres. I also wonder whether those overtakes DC speaks of can really be considered overtakes 'in anger'. Since M Schumi's Ferrari was surely handicapped by worn rear tyres? Just putting this out there...

It was Barrichello. I think Schumi chopped DC at the start and he slipped behind Barrichello, making it a Ferrari 1-2. He got past the two with proper overtaking maneuvers, also famously giving Schumi the bird.

Winner Mansell? Or Prost, even though he actually had the same problem in Adelaide.

Yep. Probably the least likely track to be started by a professional wrestler...
Well, I like wrestling and remember reading about it on a wrestling forum not so long ago and it just stuck with me.
I guess I could probably look up the answer somewhere, but for the sake of completeness in this thread, who was the professional wrestler who designed the track?

François Chamballand I believe. He had a part in the design and build, but there were loads of others involved too I believe. From French drivers, heads of state, journalists, government and sponsors.

Michael Schumacher first saw an F1 race at Monaco in 1990, a race won by Ayrton Senna. He'd gone there to see someone else's performance in a support race. Who was that driver?

He's got it all wrong. When I see Ericsson and Chilton's hairdos, the only signal going to my brain is 1049.

Shot in the dark, Jörg Müller? He raced in the F3 support race on Saturday.

I have his autobiography "It is what it is", but I can't recall him mentioning it...
