Could you please check your e-mail? I was pretty sure I've sent my offers via e-mail as I didn't want to disclose the offers here (i have too little money, so if I disclose the drivers I'm interested in, almost anyone could have outbid me). However, I could not find a confirmation e-mail, which means that maybe it was not sent. If so, I'll make my offers for whoever has not been taken yet and I apologize.
Edit: I've decided not to post e-mails, but post here:
I know some of these were not in the list, but were active in 1989 and some of them - in 1990, too. As the list of remaining drivers is too short, I have to improvise

1st driver (in order of preference): We need a star to attract more sponsors
Nigel Mansel - 4 mln
Martin Brundle - 1 mln
Rene Arnoux - free of charge
Satoru Nakajima - if he pays 2 mln
Mika Hakkinen - if he pays 1 mln
Mauricio Gugelmin - if he pay 2 mln
2nd driver (in order of preference) - if we don't get 1st driver, these drivers are fist offered 1st driver offer for additional 0.5 mlns. Once we get 1st driver:
Satoru Nakajima - if he pays 2 mln
Mauricio Gugelmin - if he pays 1 mln
Mika Hakkinen - if he pays 0,5 mln
Philippe Alliot - if he pays 1 mln
Damon Hill - if he pays 1 mln
Christian Danner - if he pays 2 mln
Alex Zanardi - if he brings 2 mln
Bernd Schneider - if he pays 2 mln
Johnny Herbert - if he pays 2 mln
Test driver (in order of preference) - whoever pays 2 mln (that would include at least 2 test sessions)
Mika Hakkinen
Damon Hill
Christian Danner
Alex Zanardi
Bernd Schneider
Johnny Herbert
Alex Caffi
Emanuelle Pirro
Johnny Herbert
