I intend to! Haven't been on the forums much over Christmas, was visiting the family in New Zealand. Planning on emigrating back there by the middle of this year, and would absolutely love go to the Australian Grand Prix in 2015.

Agreed. At this point in time, it would only lead to disappointment for himself and his fans.

By the looks of things, even if he wanted to it seems that he would fail the FIA's medical test (it appears that, due to the limited mobility in his arm and the relatively cramped cockpits in F1, that he would be unable to get out of the car unaided within the regulation time frame).

Nico Rosberg should have been 2nd in Singapore last year

He only lost it because of the front wing debris and an extra pitstop. Alonso was only 2nd because the Ferrari managed the tires well

(Although I do agree with most people that either Hamilton or Vettel should have won Silverstone)

Yes he is in the WRC and yes he did lead the Monte Carlo rally on day 1.

He led after stage 1. Battled for podium positions until crashing - day 2 I think, else it was day 1... :roll:

Roger Moore had worse scripts. The Man with the Golden Gun springs into mind. Additionally, TWINE is a spectacular movie, and all of them are superb aside from Die Another Day (which is good, just not comparable to the other three Brosnan's)

NASCAR is more popular than F1 in America because they are obsessed with crashes and like to see larger, higher speed accidents than us placid Europeans.

That's why I have lost all respect for NASCAR fans. They modified Bristol just for the sake of wrecks in 2012. Pretty bathplugged up. At least NASCAR officials listen to the fans. The FIA hasn't done too good a job with that.

No. It looks hideous with the roof. It probably gained more drag with that. The original one already had Cd of 0.24. Why make it uglier and probably lower the Cd rating?

At last year's Petit Le Mans, it finished 5th overall and 3rd on the LMP1 podium. It's not too much of a rejectful car in my opinion. I'm quite glad the concept is still going strong. Although I like the uglified version with the roof not finishing just as much as I like the open top one finishing a race.

While I agree the "one-race championship" is really stupid, it is what the Fans wanted, sort of. NASCAR fans have been clamoring for a Chase that lets Junior Gordon and Danica in, and while thankfully they didn't extend it to the top 35 to help her, Junior, Gordon, Stewart, et all, can easily make the Top 16. People also have been clamoring for a system that JJ won't win in, and this could be it. So while it is dumb, they still are listening at least, so really both the FIA and NASCAR are kind of a push. And it could always be worse, you could have the NHRA......

I have no doubt a lot of fans want it. NASCAR created this farce listening to them. So the ones at fault are the goddamn fans themselves.

Top 16 cars in the Chase, and you must win to get in. If less than 16 drivers win, it's determined by points. There are now 12 Chase races, and at every 3 races, the bottom 4 are eliminated. So it makes the last 3 a shootout between 4 drivers. It's bathplugging stupid.

We must live in very different places on the planet. I'm from the land a few hours from Pocono. Center of the state. And a lot of NASCAR fans. A lot of the ones I know support the new rules. Just so JJ and the other typical winners don't win. They have no idea how much of a farce the new rules are, nor do they care about my opinions. But you know, that's what you get in the States. People are too incompetent to look deeper into the story. Sometimes they'll just say a rule change is good so it may make their favorite driver win. I'm not one of these, as my favorite driver doesn't normally win, that being Marcos Ambrose.

The FIA And Williams are cowards for not investigating the schumacher/hill incident. If they don't do anything about it, then they are just as guilty as Schumacher is.

Senna's death is not an excuse to let schumacher get away with this travesty.

Whoever said Senna's death had anything to do with letting Schumacher get away with it?

And while I agree that that incident at Adelaide should have been investigated, it's nearly 2 decades too late. And while Scumacher is still critical, now doesn't seem the most appropriate time to discuss it. Hopefully, he will be in a position to defend himself at some point in the future...

Even though it looks good for 2014 standards there's just something about that nose that doesn't make me warm to it
