I was reading my old F1 magazines today, until suddenly, I saw something really epic. We have been mentioned in the 12/2008 issue of the finnish Vauhdin Maailma magazine, in the "interesting web pages" section. Roughly translated, this is the text:
A site that respects the backmarkers of our favorite sport very much. The newest rejects from 2008, the worst drivers and teams in history, and a funny "Hall of Shame". Also, the site contains many very interesting stories of over 50 drivers and 10 teams that have scored less than a certain amount of points in their careers. Special about the site: See Nigel Mansell with dolphins! Their similarity is notable. (probably referring to the picture at the Hall of Shame)
YAY!
Re: YAY!
It's how I first heard of this website, following a similar article in a British magazine in around the year 2000.

Auto Express, right? I know there was a four-page spread full of "interesting motoring and motorsport websites" in one issue while I was a subscriber...
James Allen, on his favourite F1 engine of all time:
"...the Life W12, I can't describe the noise to you, but imagine filling your dustbin with nuts and bolts, and then throwing it down the stairs, it was something akin to that!"

I thought it might have been either Autosport or F1 News, but I would have occasionally bought that magazine around that time. If I could remember for certain, I'll let you know.
