It makes me a bit sad to see how the drivers in F1 step out into other kinds of cars less and less....here's the full list of competitive non-junior formula car experience the f1 drivers have:
Kamui: One sports car season Kimi: Two partial seasons of WRC + some other select rally races, two races in lower levels of Nascar Romain: One partial season of sports cars Jenson: One sports car race, 24 hours of Spa - 15 years back Adrian: One race in Japanese Super GT Felipe: A few races in ETCC
...that's it.
1960's are laughing at this homogenous crop of junior formula products.
Actually, I've found another one. Max Chilton took part in the 2007 1000km of Silverstone, sharing a Zytek with his brother Tom. They finished 6th overall and 5th in the LMP1 class. And Max Chilton also was only 16 years old when he took part in that race, making him one of the youngest, possibly the youngest LMP1 driver ever.

The driver is either Allan McNish or Perry McCarthy, but the mother doesn't look familiar... although, judging from the face, I would take a wild guess and say Gaston Mazzacane (don't ask me why).

While you think about the previous question, here's another one: which two races hold the record for the most Grand Prix winners at the start, and name each of the drivers (the drivers are the same for both races)?

I think it's Italy and Caesars Palace 1982. Rosberg just won at Switzerland (well, Dijon) and Mario Andretti came in at Ferrari. So the race winners (at the time) were: Rene Arnoux Patrick Tambay (who won in Germany that year) Mario Andretti John Watson Keke Rosberg Alain Prost Niki Lauda JP Jarier Eilo de Angelis Nelson Piquet Jacques Laffite Ricciardo Patrese

I think Alan Jones won for Shadow in 1977 at Austria, so at least Lauda's last drive for Ferrari at USA should be one. With race winners:
Jones Lauda Scheckter Mass Hunt Depailler Fittipaldi Reggazoni Reutemann Andretti Petterson Nilsson Probably Laffite as 13th guy
It's the only other possibility I can think of, but I'm unsure if it even were only two races between Jones winning and Lauda signing off
Too early

Italy '79 then one of them? The other 'final' race there was for Lauda. Although I'm unsure if there were other race winners signing off that year. Yeah, Depailler, but he was replaced by another race winner , Ickx
...although, speaking of Ickx, it could well be somewhere in his Ensign runnings in '78. dunno who exactly were race winners, maybe something like:
Jones Lauda Scheckter Mass Hunt Depailler Fittipaldi Reggazoni Reutemann Andretti Petterson Laffite Ickx Watson?

Jacky Ickx started three races (all consecutively) in 1978 - the first of these - Monaco, saw Patrick Depailler win his first Grand Prix, so I will guess the 1978 Belgian and Spanish GPs
Andretti Peterson Reutemann Laffite Jones Mass Ickx Brambilla Scheckter Depailler Regazzoni Watson Lauda Hunt Fittipaldi
