How much time do you need to think about it?
It's going to depend on how my financial situation looks at the end of the year. If I have enough money for such an investment at that time, then yes.

Judging by your budget, you can afford it (altough you might not enter as much races as you originally wanted). Of course, i could offer you a customer version, which will be just as good for a smaller price (something like 35000), but that means no constructor prize money.
It is inevitable that some involved teams get into debt in the beginning of the season, but the competitiveness will pay of at the end of the season (unless your Lancia engine is so hapless that you still can't even qualify with a top tier chassis, but that's not my fault ), and the positive thing is, that if one of the investors get bankrupt, that the other investors can continue running Cooper.
Again, i repeat that the more teams engage in this project, the cheaper it will be. Also, the more Coopers that run at races, the more likely Cooper is to get good results. Time for the garagist revolution! (and yes, this is very fifties spirit, indeed)

If you are beginning development of the car so soon then I shall have to decline. However, if enough parties are interested (thus bringing the development costs down), it could persuade me to change my mind.

Well, we have ENB and Maserati and i put some pressure on Australasia and they are on board now too. If you join, that would make 4. I can probably convince Maserati to go for a bigger share, so that would make 5
Now that i think of it, it's not even required to actually build a fifth chassis, just sharing in development cost will be enough to get your share of the income. (that would cost you 20000, and you can build the car later)
The Telegraph wrote:Chapman to Join Aston Martin
After a troubled off-season for the championship-winning Jaguar-Aston Martin Racing team, a sense of control has finally been restored in the organisation with innovative engineer and racing driver Colin Chapman to join the team in an senior engineering role. With rumours abound that both Aston Martin and Jaguar are increasingly likely to withdraw from the Formula One championship in the face of new rule changes and amidst the fallout of separate break-ins for the team, many believe that this is the beginning of an eventual transfer of the team from the two manufacturers to Chapman's Lotus Racing organisation. While such a deal would ensure the continued success of the team, it would put into doubt the future of the Jaguar engine program, as Chapman has thus far shown little interest in any in-house engine program for the team beyond the end of the current racing season.

The team will only enter as Officine Alfieri Maserati (as it expects to adopt a new name in 1956) in Monaco, France, Italy, Portugal and Morocco races, with Ron Flockhart as their sole driver.
Chico Landi might drive a second T41 at the Italian round, if needed
