Alright, BMC has a ton of cars to choose from so here we go:
For the 3.0 class we will build 1 Austin Healey 3000 (#56). It will not have bumpers.
For the 2.0 class we will build 1 MGA (#58).
Last but certainly not least, for the 1.0 we will field a mix of Midgets and Minis. 1 Midgets (84) and 2 Minis (#87,88). We will be taking driver offers for these and we certainly have more where these came from!

As for privateers, Auto Ruf wishes to purchase a Porsche 356b 1600 GS Carrera GT. With his experience fielding and tuning Porsches since 1960 we hope he can get a decent 356b to field in the European rounds. The number will be #60.

Permission granted. I will allow any customer the ability to drive the "1600" and will be keeping a spare car in reserve in case any need it/ any convincing local takes our eye.

Alfa Corse will build 4 Sprint Speciale (#75, 76, 77, 78) and 2 Sprint Veloce (#90, 91). One of each models will be on reserve at all times. The remaining Veloce is up to sell to any privateer interested.
In the driver front, city-to-city racing specialist Pedro Bello from Mexico will drive the #77 factory car. The second car driver will be announced at a later date, but if there's any driver interested, the spot is still open.

Just a note: spare cars cannot be given individual racing numbers. They'll simply take over the number of the car they're replacing. You don't need to build spare cars for models classified as "stock", as those are automatically replaced for all teams (being mass-produced models). For this reason you don't need to have them in storage for privateers, as they can get these models without your permission. Factory teams will also get immediate replacements to cars classified as "limited" so they don't need spare examples for those, but if you want you can keep them in storage for privateers as they need to replace these models manually and with your permission. "Super-limited" cars must be replaced manually at all times, so having spares for those models is wise.
If no spare cars are available, the time to build a new limited or super limited car is between 1 to 10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the particular model (e.g. a simple engine swap from a base model will take little time, while building an entirely new specialized chassis will take much longer).

Aston Martin will build four DB4 GT Zagato models. Three will be used by the main race team, using numbers #5, #6 and #7, and the other will remain as a spare.
We would also like to offer privateer entries the chance to run the standard DB4 GT models; if the team proves itself, a Zagato model may become available to them in future.

Real-life drivers can be entered, but to avoid people entering drivers who might be involved in tommykl's F1, there's a strict limit. I will check the driver you are trying to enter on Wikipedia, StatsF1 and Racing Sports Cars; if I can find more than 10 race entries (separate starts on the same weekend or DNAs don't count) in the ongoing year (1962) using these sources, I won't allow them to compete as I classify them as being regularly involved elsewhere. If the driver has no data from 1962 but is of reasonable age, I'll allow them to compete.
To keep things moving on at a good pace, every real-life driver is available for bidding for 24 hours from the first post where they are mentioned. If no other teams bid for their services, the first bidder gets them; otherwise a RNG session will be held.

The Chevrolet #1 car, which is also the team's privateer car for the start of the season (will use the Ford Falcon until the Chevrolet is ready to use) will employ Parnelli Jones to drive the car, with him changing seats with the other Chevrolet drivers, A.J. Foyt and Jay Chamberlain.

John Whitmore is ineligible with 12 sportscar races to his name in 1962.

Alright. I'll replace Parkes with Rob Slotemaker and Whitemore with John Rhodes.

Sunbeam Talbot will build the following:
4 x Sunbeam Alpine Series II racing (4th car will be a spare)
The Series II racing cars will be immediately put to use by the team, and given numbers #44, #45 and #46.
We would like to offer driving positions in the first 2 cars to the following drivers:
Peter Harper
George "Doc" Shepherd
Ralph Bowyer
Ed Wilson
The team will retain 25-year-old hill-climber John Davies as its 3rd driver from its previous guise as Evans Engineering, whose success in hill-climbing and in various spot starts at circuit races over the past few seasons using Sunbeam machinery was deemed sufficient to take over running of the works Sunbeam effort.
