The car is a STCC spec Peugeot 307 S2000, and the venue is probably Swedish, so Anderstorp? For the year I'd say 2003 and the drivers is Jens Edman possibly, as he drove it that year.

I'm going to suggest it's Seabass Bourdais as he is an F1 Reject and has had links to Peugeot through the Le Mans programme.

Jan Magnussen drove in ETCC at Peugeot in 2004, hence i figured that. Had that be wrong, I would have gone for a rally guess. Oh well...
