YDA SIGNING:

Youth drivers can be found in the spreadsheet under the sheet labeled "F2/F3 Drivers" which contains all information. You NEED to stick to the driving pool unless you explain a driver selection on Discord to me.

Template at the bottom.

Each team has two F2 slots and two F3 slots, but I want you to bid on 4 drivers as there are 64 drivers for 60 open slots.

In RNG, nationality, the chance to break into F1, and past track record will play a part in convincing a driver to sign with your youth program. Each driver will be paid a flat fee of 100c, so no need to worry about those fees. Just bid on who you'd like to join your program from 1-4yr.

Once you sign them, you can move them up and they will stick with the program for the duration of their contract. Unlike F1 contracts, you cannot cancel youth deals early. If you move them up to F1, you will be able to sign them for 1 or 2 years (your choice) 100% guaranteed, and after that contract, they will hit the free market.

Make sure to note their current skill tier, potential skill tier, and their appropriate level. Over the offseason, there will be RNG to determine how much a driver improves.

If not all teams sign a full YDA, there will be a second round of bidding.

It is time for the first R&D session along with replacing any drivers. R&D tiers are in the spreadsheet along with driver options. Remember, you do owe a driver his whole season cost even if you replace him.

Your Driver 1 and Driver 2 are listed under the "Contracts" sheet in the spreadsheet.

You cannot replace F2/F3 drivers or promote/relegate them during the season.

I think it's pretty obvious to all that McLaren will be promoting Lucca Allen, but there's no reason to waste money and do it now, seeing as the car is sub-standard at the moment. Therefore, no driver changes for this season I don't think.
