Tyrrell is open to negotiation for selling last seasons (b-tier) chassis to certain teams - we feel that with the increasing cost of the sport, some teams who have been sensible and correct with their actions yet victim to factors outwith their control (i.e Onyx RNG) should be assisted.

Happy to go ahead with that - and hence, we've hit our self-imposed limit of three customer teams.
We've also agreed a provisional deal to sell the BT59L chassis for £130k, so will wait for confirmation on that front.
Lastly, the ex-Benetton chassis that we've updated for '91 shall be known as the BT60B. The extra B is for bargain...er, Benetton.

First of all, Nigel Mansell He asked Williams to please pay him his salary this year. They have agreed, on the proviso that they pay half now and half at the end of the season:
1-75 - "Thank you Frank, I really appreciate it"
76-100 - "No Frank, I meant right now"
48 - The formalities are sorted and the Red Five agrees terms for another year at Williams

Next, Osella have approached Geoff Brabham. They've asked him to please bring £250,000 if he could be so kind.
And with the blessing of the RNGods, he brings exactly that amount (£250,000).

Rial, fresh off farming out Michael Bartels, have approached Emanuele Naspetti for their seat. The reserve price is 400k.
But Naspetti is only Tier B.

This is also the point in the season where if you need to fire a driver without it counting towards your four-driver limit, or paying out a full season's wages (in the case of a salaried driver) - either to downsize to a one-car team or to make ends meet financially - you can make a request to do so. If you choose to fire a driver at this point, it will not count towards your four-driver limit, but it will mean that the driver will refuse to drive for your team again at any point in their career.Chassis
- Teams can either build a new chassis for 1990, or update their 1989 chassis for the new season.
- Should a team choose to buy a customer chassis, they will earn World Constructors Championship prize money for that chassis.
- Chassis may be sold and traded from team to team, but may only be used if a team chooses to "Make It Your Own". If in doubt, check with Aislabie.
- (REVISED FOR 1991) - The "Make It Your Own", and "B-Spec Chassis" options refer to the original tier of the chassis, and not the purchase price or the cost of previous such upgrades. Customer chassis will also be assigned a nominal tier for this purpose.
- If you wish to upgrade your chassis in-season, you can invest in a B-Spec chassis, but only if you have the available funds. (This is in place of a race-by-race upgrade system.)
Engines
- All teams must buy an engine supply for the season.
- Teams which build their own engines have control over whether or not they sell their engines to customer teams.
- Should a team choose to change their engine supplier mid-season, they will have to buy a new full-season engine contract on top of the one they already have.
- (NEW FOR 1991) - If a factory team (such as Ferrari or Lamborghini) goes bankrupt, any teams being supplied with customer engines will be guaranteed their engine supply until the end of the season.
Tyres
- You will need tyres. Please budget for them.
Going Bankrupt
- Your team will go bankrupt if, at the end of the pre-season, you are unable to pay the FIA Entry Fees (which include travel costs). For a one-car team this is £300,000 and for a two-car team this is £500,000.
- Your team will also go bankrupt if they do not manage to build a car, consisting of adequate chassis, engine(s) and tyres, by the first race of the season.

Ferrari will offer Ayrton Senna a slightly revised deal - payment race-by-race, except at 65k per race, amounting to a 4% increase on the lump sum previously offered. Should Senna refuse this, the original deal will stand.

- If you wish to protest a perceived rule breakage to the FIA, you can do so using the PROTEST FORM.

While Pemex was confident that its operational arrangements were in full compliance with FIA regulations, Pemex has nevertheless determined that it does not possess the requisite resources to be engaged in a protracted legal contest at this time.

Alphabetically, the first available engine supply is the Ferrari 037, rumoured to be the most powerful engine on the market
So far, supply has been agreed to the following teams:

Next, the ever reliable Ford HBA5, expected to be the most reliable engine supply available. They have reached a new deal with Jagermeister Team Tyrrell to continue a fruitful working relationship.

The Ford HBA4 is also available - used to great effect by Tyrrell last year, it is seen by many as the F1 engine supply owing in part to a history of being exactly that to 95% of the grid in the 70s. With no restrictions on supply, it's just about who is willing to pay for them. Those teams are:
- Braun Arrows Grand Prix
- Leyton House Racing
- Minardi Team Pirelli
- Elf Team AGS (1 car)
- Escuderia Pemex (1 car)
- 7up Eddie Jordan Racing

Next, the Honda RA109E goes to Camel McLaren as previously agreed.

A new engine has also come on the market: the Ilmor 2175A. They have agreed terms with the only party interested in Equipe Ligier Gitanes, the only team interested in their services.

The Isusu 835-91 will go to Lotus as previously agreed.

Now the patron engine of the cash-strapped prequalifier: the Judd GV. It's cheap and its going to:
- Osella Squadra Corse Lapidus
- Venturi Racing (1 car)
- PIAA Rial Racing
- Escuderia Pemex (1 car)

Now for the Lamborghini 3512. Since they bought out what was left of Brabham to turn into a works Lambo outfit, the Italian luxury car manufacturer has sought to get its name up and down the grid by supplying customers.
These engines will be going to:
- Lamborghini Motor Racing Developments (obviously)
- Benetton Formula
- West Scuderia Italia
- Lucchini Coloni Racing (1 team)
- Onyx Goodyear Formula One Team

And finally the Yamaha OX88B. Yeah no-one wants that. It's a piece of shite.

And finally to the one we've all been waiting for: Chassis RNG.
This was a very long process on the #rejectsport channel, and I really don't have it in me to transcribe the salient points of about a four hour set of Discord logs. Instead, the key points were:
- The Reynard 91F1 went to Scuderia Italia, who were paying for two cars as opposed to Eddie Jordan offering to pay for one.
- Eddie Jordan then built one EJ01 chassis, leaving them with one chassis, but engines and tyres for two chassis.
- Lucchini Coloni Racing bought a Lotus 102 to turn into their Coloni C5. This means that if Lotus want to make a second Lotus 102B then they'll need to eat some extra build cost.
- The Arrows A12 bore a startling resemblance to the Spartec G71B after a poor RNG.
- Escuderia Pemex bought a Lola T91. Escuderia Pemex also built the Pemex MX91, which is the absolute worst set of chassis rolls I have ever seen.

The final hard deadline for Williams to post their plans is now officially set at 10:00 GMT on Thursday 5th January 2023. Any further RNGs will happen after that time. This is also the deadline for other teams' shenanigans. Good luck!
