It is very recent - Red Bull put this photo out with their usual PR material a few days ago, trying to downplay any talk of fighting between their drivers (which other teams are - naturally enouth - talking about the possibility of, possibly in the hope of destabilising the team). As an aside, the original caption for that picture was 'S*** Happens', apparently.

I'm not sure that picture is recent. Vettel looks younger and his top is decidedly Torro Rosso-esque.
