From the next race onwards to the end of the season both myself and Jeroen will be running the M2B.
Onto our driver lineup next season and we're very keen on keeping Krautmeir in our driving lineup since he is obviously very talented and has a great future ahead of him. However if he wants to move on we won't stop him from joining another team. Finally MRT is planning on opening an engine tuning workshop at the end of this season which will be tuning BMW engines from the factory. MRT will be running these tuned V8 engines and as far as I know both the V8 and V10 engines are avaliable to customers.

My sponsors are finalising details with Phoenix, which should hopefully confirm my seat for next year.

We will also look at being the principle sponsor of the team, in the condition that the team are known as Footwork Phoneix Mugen [Honda] and that talented Japanese driver Barii Mori drives for the whole season. Another suggested tweak for qualifying: How about allowing 6 or 8 cars rather than the 4 currently go through into qualifying proper, and then only have the top 19 qualify, with the rest either falling in pre-qualifying (DNPQ) or in qualifying itself (DNQ). This also ensures that the top 15 don't have a monopoly over the championship and mixes up the results a little bit.
Re: F1RWRS - A computerised F1Reject series
Just extend the grid to 22 cars instead of 19. Simple as that.

Good idea. Now there will be proper DNPQs!

Game limitations. Sorry...
EDIT: Actually, for that same reason we can't have cars knocked out in quali proper. We went over this before, didn't we? Hmmm...

I really think that pre-qualifying should be decided by team standings. I mean, it cannot be that a driver of the fifth-best team does not pre-qualify and therefore the team has to suffer in battling for P4.
Also I would like to confirm my loyality to Kahama and my intention of claiming the first seat should my mate switch teams.

Jeroen, how did the car feel?
The pass on Chris (Dagnall) was quite something, how did you manage it?
There have been rumours that prior to this race, the team has been sabotaging your car. How do you respond to these claims?
What are your expectations for the next race?
Thanks Jeroen.
Great.
The pass on Chris (Dagnall) was quite something, how did you manage it?
Well, firstly a big hand to my engineers, who helped me to setup the car well for the race and qualifying. I had the new car, so obviously the pressure was on me to outperform Daniel, and I believe I have done that pretty well! Back to the pass on Chris, basically I saw him slip out of the corner, and this small gap appeared, and I went for it, of course. He threatened to turn in, but I really didn't care, and made it stick, and I was third!
There have been rumours that prior to this race, the team has been sabotaging your car. How do you respond to these claims?
All I can say to those claims is bu***hit. I mean, the team have been extremely supportive of me, and the reasons for my slow pace was more because I couldn't find the proper setup for each of the tracks. More importantly, the old car had this twitch of understeer which I didn't like, and the new B specification was more to my liking, so, once again, the team helped me.
What are your expectations for the next race?
Simply to score points, and hopefully outperform Daniel! Another podium would be nice, and I'll certainly be trying.
Thanks Jeroen.

Yes, but at the same time, that would be bad for some drivers *cough*Zimmer*cough*, who is = 4th, but because he switched teams, would suddenly be stuck in pre-quali. Davies and McAllister both recently got out of pre-quali, but will be relegated back, and it gives Sammy Jones a free break, which he really doesn't deserve, having only brought the car home twice. And teams like RubberTex, Kahama and AMR are only that high because of one driver doing all the work, with the other one struggling, even with the old pre-quali (which I am seriously considering switching back to).

Yes, at MAN. Douglas Mann is wondering whether being negatively compared to his sister in her team is worth it or not. A decision will be made by the end of the season whether Douglas stays at AMR or moves to MAN alongside Shizuka-san. Those will be his only two options.
EDIT: Of course, if there is any interest in a seat at either team, that will help Douglas decide his future.

And WeirdKerr, I need a team for your driver, now. It's been fine when he didn't qualify, but now it's important. Otherwise, I'll just put him in a single-car team. Pacchia, for example.

Despite the fact that every Aussie should know the layout of Mount Panorama like the back of their hand, 3 of them can't get out, including championship leader Daniel Melrose. Let there be a lesson - don't get Melrose's customer BMWs! Look what happened to them!
And WeirdKerr, I need a team for your driver, now. It's been fine when he didn't qualify, but now it's important. Otherwise, I'll just put him in a single-car team. Pacchia, for example.

No matter what we did with setup the cars wouldn't ride the bumps at all and it made it quite a hair-raising ride over the run up the top. However our top speed is fine since we've had one of the fastest cars in a straight line all weekend but you make up the most time in the corners obviously.

Now qualifying is a problem? I'm definitely leaving the team at the end of the season. If any team wants a driver who has won a few races, please, let me know.

There's always a few BMW engines and ex-JLD chassises up for sale at the end of the season
