I think CR used Hyundai engines, and I used the current Hickenheim circuit (albeit with '05 scenery).

Both Douglas and Pippa Mann were happy to qualify, yet were disappointed to see their teammates fail to do so. They are both hoping to qualify well, to avoid any incidents in the race and to score points, and in Pippa's case, to retake the lead of the driver's championship.

I have just realised that I confused Lon and White in pre-qualifying due to their being so closely timed, and Lon was actually the faster of the two. Unfortunately for White, I realised that I can't count to 19, and he missed out again. Sorry... Anyway:

Let’s shorten this review somewhat. Anyone remember the Nurburgring last year? Well, that, but with 9 classified finishers, 7 of them actually getting to the line. This one started when Krautmeir bullseyed the tyre bundle at the chicane, and he made it to turn one before he lost his steering and took out Pacchiarini. From there, it snowballed. Except for the ArrowTechs, who hit each other. And McAllister, who rolled to a stop for no apparent reason. Anyway, Pippa Mann took the win ahead of Kay Lon and Chris Dagnall.

QANTAS-MRT Test - July 14/15 - Nurburgring

QANTAS MRT is planning a test session before the Australian leg of the championship at the Nurburgring. On Saturday Jeroen will have the oppertunity to test the M3B which should be ready by that point while on Sunday I'll take over driving duties. Also on both days any drivers interested in the 2nd MRT seat for next season will be able to test in the M3. I can confirm that O'Lauchlan Motorsports will also be present at the test with their M2B on Saturday while Dean O'Lauchlan will test the M3 on Sunday.

Trueba to drop Roda?
Some recent rumors have declared that, due to latest disappointing results of Italian driver Giovanni Roda in these 4 races of the F1RWRS championship, coming-from-Marche Trueba Racing Team would be likely to drop him. Roda hasn't certainlty achieved remarkable performances: till from the beginning of 2012 F1RWRS season, there were 4 DNQs and only a placement in one race (16° position). "I admit that our latest races were not as satisfactory as we expected for our boys - has said Trueba's president, Giancarlo Scaglietti - due too to some defaillances of our cars. Now I would not doubt of my drivers; I am sure that Giovanni will do better and better in next races, while Jung has a solid reputation in the team, seen his talent and his performances. Surely we expected a more competitive Trueba".
