Virgin Racing got some extra money by selling one their VR-01 chassis to Lucas Di Grassi for hill climbing. However, Di Grassi hasn´t been very successful at his 1st try. "I had to push too hard in order to overcome the massive advantage of the Ford Sierra and Peugeot 106", he said.

Last year, McLaren tried to attach gatling guns to their cars, but the FIA refused to homologate them. This year, they'll try with spike stripes.
