Now, it seems that the whole side of Katayama's garage is refusing to work with her in the next GP, which is Mexico. As nobody told me what João Lagos pretends to do next, I am pretty sure he has not yet decided, but I would not be surprised if he procedeed with a legal complaint. Rumours that the Sunshine RWRS Team may be looking to quit the RWRS began circulating not long after star driver Shinobu Katayama's assault on team owner, Joao Lagos. This latest debacle comes after a poor start to the season from the team, and the Katayama issue is not helping the long-term stability of the team, especially in the views high ranking team officials who beleive Shinobu was forced out of the team against her will. The results of the acrinomius split between the two parties may result in a divide within the team that may not be repaired without drastic action.
The future of Sunshine is unsure at the moment at least. This season will have to be written off as a transition year, unless substantial development is poured into upgrading the car, which Joao Lagos is unlikely to do in the first year of ownership. Even if substantial development was poured into the car and it was brought up to a consistent points scoring standard, this specification would most likely not be reached before the final five races of the season, and then it would have a huge impact on next year's car when the new chassis rules are implemented
The word within the paddock is that Joao Lagos wants to abandon ship ASAP, and focus more on his Porto Wine team who are performing moderately well in the junior categories

The F1RWRS comission has decided not to take any action in Katayana's case. From the comission point of view it's an internal issue of the Sunshine team, and it must be internally solved. However, the comission, given the situation, encourages Sunshine management to let Katayama go (altohugh they would be in their right to put her as a reserve driver for the rest of the season, or ask for credits in exchange for liberating her from her contract), and find a replacement or put Daniel Martins in the 2nd seat at the next round.
We also would like to remind Mr.Shizuka that if Katayama drives for them at the next round, she'll become the 4th driver to drive for Revolution this season, and no further driver changes will be allowed (except if one driver is replaced for another one who previously drove this season for the team).

Katayama to drive for Revolution at Mexico
Joao Lagos and Hagane Shizuka has struck a deal about the former Sunshine driver Shinobu Katayama. She is going to drive in Mexico to settle in, but will revert to third driver status until Marie Simon enters her eight races in order to complete her contract. She is free to go after the deal is done.
This means that the former Sunshine duo is now driving together again.
Basically I'd like to see how we'll fare with Katayama, but I have Simon on contract too, so we'll deal with that after Mexico (7 races left - and extra credits are still welcome).
