Well, Douglas was peeved to have been beaten by a Mastercard Lola, driven by his sister of all people! Disgruntled all round at Williams, I think...

That's more like it. Both Williams-Renaults on the front row and both Lolas at the back. Douglas Mann on pole and his sister dead last. Douglas likes this symmetry; Pippa is reminding Douglas of their podium together in the last race, where she beat him; Douglas retorted that neither of them won regardless of them occupying 66% of the podium.

Double DNF for the Mann siblings, one of whom is trying to win the championship? That is rejectful.
Just updated data and in this series, Douglas has a 50% DNF record, and 75% for Pippa. Are they overdriving these cars or something? Might expect it of the Mastercard Lola, but not so much the Williams Renault!

It was the classic error by most of the frontrunners. The sky's were dark when the session started, but the track was dry. Most of the backmarkers went out early, and set their times before the massive storm hit. This resulted in a reverse grid.

For the record, I've decided that all I will copy from the computer are the results and weather. Furthermore, I've copied in the original GDB files, so each track now has it's real number of laps, in this case, Monaco will be 78 laps instead of 20. Also, I'll leave all the retirements/race events up to the roleplayers. In my opinion, it makes for a better experience.
