Last official ROTR decision for the year!
In the end, I have plumped for Paul Di Resta. His tail-end of the season has been really plateaued whilst team-mate Hulkenberg has surged, and nothing epitomised that in greater contrast than what happened in Brazil. He would probably have been a candidate anyway but his penultimate-lap crash sealed his fate, especially since it gave this year's championship battle - and what had otherwise been a brilliant race - an anti-climactic finish.
Now for the season review, the Reject of the Year, and of course more Margie Lane one-word goodness ...

I'm shocked at that selection, I thought Kimi had it paid for with his comedy excursion!

My difficulty with that is because if the gate was actually open then we'd be praising Kimi for his intuitiveness and quick thinking.

Not so intuitive. He has spoken that he had went off track in the same turn before. But then, the gate was open...
