Holland strategy:
Soft 21 laps - soft 23 laps - soft 23 laps

The main goal is to beat the bloody Belgians, and so far, we did that in style.

New Zealand will go on softs for the first 20 laps before switching to hards to the end.

South Africa on the other hand, will do the other way round with hards until lap 48 before going onto softs for the rest of the time.

Canada are going to change things up by running hards all race, with a pit stop on lap 33.

USA will start with hards and pit for stops on lap 45.

All three teams will start on softs and pit for hards on lap 21.

Jan Ripper will try his luck and will start out on softs, then pit in for a fresh set of softs on lap 11, and then pit in on lap 35 for... yet another set of softs.
Zdenek Pohl, on the other hand, will go for a more conservative approach and start out on softs, then pit in on lap 25 to put on a hard compound.

Spain will do 28 laps on soft and do the rest of the distance on Hards.

Conversely, France will do 43 laps on the hard tire and finish the race on the softs.

Collins: start on softs, drives 29 laps and swaps to hards
Lincoln: start on hards, drives 37 laps and swaps to softs

The race will be 80 laps.
Hard tyres should last around 60 laps
Soft tyres should last 35 laps

However rain is expected around 20 laps in and expected to last around 30 minutes. Therefore you must choose between.

Wet or dry setup.
Conservative or risky strategy.

A conservative strategy will just have you change between dries and wets whenever the weather changes. A risky strategy will have you take gambles such as switching to dries earlier than the rest of the field in the hope of gaining an advantage.

Brazil will go with a conservative setup and wet setup for this race

EDIT: Starting with soft tyres and replacing with hard ones around lap 33

USA will start the race with Hard tyres and switch to Softs on lap 55. We'll go with a conservative strategy and a wet setup.

Wet - As soon as it starts raining
Hard/Soft - Softs if only 10-20 laps left,otherwise,Hards.

How long do we have to decide a strategy?

I take it the wet tires will not wear dramatically in the 30 minutes of rain?

Either way both Spain and France will start of Softs and keep driving until either a) it rains or b) it is lap 25.
From there it will be driving on the wet tires until it dries (unless it does not rain in which case hard to the end of the race)
France will go conservative though Spain will go for the aggressive approach in order to try and make an opportunity from the chaos.

England and Finland start on softs and choose conservative strategy - both will take new set of softs after it dries out again.

Starting on soft, lap 20: soft, lap 40: soft, lap 60: soft. Dry setup, risky.
Full attack from Holland and the original boss!

Guatemala and Colombia will use the following strategy:

Dry setup. Start on softs, change to wets when needed, change to hards as soon as conditions improve (risky strategy).

Venezuela will start on softs and will play it conservative, with a wet strategy. Lets hope the rain will cause a few retirements and Ettore can pick up the pieces

Canada will start the race on soft tyres with a wet, risky strategy, we will pit on lap 25 for softs and then pit again on lap 50 for another set of softs.

Douglas-Cliff Racing will put our cars on the following strategies:

Germany
Dry Setup, conservative strategy
Start: Softs
Stop 1 (When it starts raining or lap 30, whatever happens first): Hards
Stop 2 (If it rains; when it stops raining): Softs

Ireland
Wet Setup, risky strategy
Start: Hards
Stop 1 (Lap 53, regardless of weather): Softs

Northern Ireland
Wet Setup, conservative strategy
Start: Softs
Stop 1 (When it starts raining or lap 30, whatever happens first): Softs
Stop 2 (When it stops raining or lap 50): Softs
Stop 3 (Lap 70): Softs

Belgium, Sweden and the Dominican Republic will share the same strategy, going for a dry setup and a risky strategy. They will all start on hards, and weather changes notwithstanding, will switch to new hard tyres around midway, lap 35 for Belgium, lap 40 for Sweden and lap 45 for the Dominican Republic.

South Africa will go for a risky move with a dry setup. We will start on soft until lap 18 where we will switch to wets, then on lap 35 we will go on hards to the finish.

New Zealand on the other hand will do it the opposite and start also on soft until the rain comes down. Then on lap 38 we will switch on softs until lap 62 where we will pit the final time for softs.

Swizterland will go conservative strategy and a wet setup change to wets when needed and back to softs towards the end

Peru will not pit at all to see what happens
Mexico will take the risky strategy and dry setup
