Welcome to Germany. The payouts by the FIA have been announced for the mid season prize money payout(See Bottom). in the news is the new Pre Quali teams after 8 races Liger will move up while AGS,Eurobrun and Rial will stay in Pre Quali joined by Minardi.

AGS will do some R&D for the 1990 car- the apparent early pace (for an AGS, that is) of the JH24 is fading fast, and the car doesn't seem to respond to upgrades well.
