Okay, im just going to point out the key points IMO from that, it is fairly long.

Carlos Nunes (the latest addition) has been in F1 since 1987, so has plenty of experience, and was technical director of Addax GP2 team. He hints that Addax and HRT would merge and obviously be 1. HRT dont have the cash, Addax want to be in F1, but are too small with a very small factory for F1 standards.

Also, he thinks that the team want to relocate to Valenica is for financial reasons. The local Valencia government are handing big financial grants for the city's large space to be use up. The reason for lots of space as they held the 2008 America's cup, which all the teams involved used all the space, but are obviously nor their any more casuing vacant/empty land.

Ironically Addax were once founded by Adrian Campos, and it's 2011 drivers may both enter F1 next season. Charles Pic confirmed at Virgin, Giedo Van De Garde possibly with HRT and his major backing too.

Who will get this second seat?

Ive herd allot more about other teams....

Sutil is apparently interested in replacing massa
Buemi maybe interested in ousting Mr.Webber.
Jaime is interested in getting the second seat for HRT. . .making an all Spanish line up.
Also Vitaly maybe (this is a rumor so i dont know) he may out Timo.

Will be interesting to see just how Iberia-centric they plan to become. If the owners of the team are directing key staff selection based on nationality, rather than being the best for the job, (and there are some indicators that this is the case) might add a new dimension to the whole thing. Anyone remember the Copersucar team?

Their supplier sounds like a Ralph Lauren/Tommy Hilfiger/Lacoste type establishment. Expect the team shirts to cost more than the entire design budget for the F112.

Probably not the best idea for HRT to turn all-Éspana.

to be honest...the more i think about this, the more Pedro seems to fit the role perfectly, HRT are not in the running for any points or beating Midfield teams. They need a tester, Who better im sure Pedro will team testing with speed. and it could work.

Not only a tester, they need someone who understands how a F1 team works in structural terms.

This argument in favour of De la Rosa is ever more sound given more and more reports that say Thesan wants to make HRT an All-Spanish team and effort. This is a ruthless business and sport, so if HRT wants to make it, they will need to teach new personnel about the way of F1. I cannot think of a better man than De la Rosa to do this. If HRT allies a young gun like The Saurus then HRT might recover from this almost suicidal move (I reckon that, given the cashless year and general lack of resources altogether a relocation might not be the best move).

Hmmmm Jaime maybe ousting Webber tho (MAYBE) but...we could see Sebastian Buemi taking the spot...HRT did say that they were in talks with several drivers....Most of them will be...Barrichello (maybe) , Jaime, Buemi, Petrov , possibly Sutil if he doesnt go to Williams.

So what is Luis Perez Salas pedigree in team management? I cant say I know what he has been up to since his driving career ended. When I heard this my first thought was they should hire Pierluigi Martini for the team managers job as a kind of post modern ironic statement, and if they hired Paolo Barilla the teams food would be damn good too....

Not sure... people who wanted to relocate to spain for the race team have done.

HRT are splitting it down:-

Race Teams/Operations/Marketing/Admin in Spain

Design/Aero Office in Hofer, Germany:-
Aero Office is being led by Stephane Chosse
Design Office is being led by Jean Claude Martens
With Toni Cuquerella being the go to man for both.

This is how HRT want it to work, the Design/Aero offices are HRT property not Kolles', ties have been completely broken with him.

Like trying to design a somewhat competitive car? Nope, that's too hard...

Now everyone knows that Virgin in 2011 sucked big time and barely improved at all on 2010. Now part of that can be attributed to the all-CFD design philosophy they had at the time. However I also believe the team were severely compromised right when the car was designed because they were moving factories from Bicester to Banbury, and the team was in the process of being re-organised. It clearly hurt them over the year. That's why I'm expecting a big improvement for 2012.

I fully expect HRT to go through this sort of trouble during 2012, because they are clearly having a major reshuffle and this will directly impact on the quality of next year's car. Perez-Sala has already warned about taking a step back to take two forwards, but I think we could see HRT stay largely static compared to last year, and may struggle to qualify at the start of the year. Any improvement from this re-organisation will only be realised in 2013. I think the main challenge for HRT in 2012 is to simply remain afloat and qualify and finish as many races as possible. I highly doubt they will challenge Marussia to the extent they have in 2011, and that's not because I support my local team, but because it's exactly what Virgin suffered last year.

Well, OTHAEBD (acronym because Off Throttle Hot Air Exhaust Blown Diffusers is quite a mouthful) being banned, will only draw HRT and Virgin closer to Lotus. Lotus was able to be so close to the midfielders this year thanks to their Renault engone getting them the best resluts from the blown diffuser. hey were a few tenths away, and considering that they, unlike those ahead of them, don't have KERS, and KERS is worth several tenths of a seocnd per lap, you can see that the OTHAEBD really did close up the gap quite a lot.
