Me? Alonso? Not my first choice... Still, could be worse. Could have been Vettel. Or Schumi if he had had a bit more success the past few years...

I've been hiding it from myself too. Can't listen to it as I'm currently in uni, on a computer with no speakers attached, and I don't carry earphones with me...

I've now heard the music, and it really isn't me. Not my cup of tea at all. But there again, my life does feel a bit Kaotic at times... ;)

It had been 4 years since I joined on Good Friday, and, if I calculated correctly, I had already posted more than 8000 times by then (>2000 posts/year!).

The 2000th member of the forum is upcoming in the next few weeks/months. Knowing this place, it'll probably be a spambot of sorts.

(Although, with the amount of deleted spammers over the years, plus a certain Mr Zyla, I expect this millstone would have been achieved much earlier...)

I've only been on the forums for just over a month and this will be my 182nd post. At this rate, I could have about 2,160 posts in a year. That is absurd! Am I addicted to this site?

That prompted me to check my post count - 3636 in my time here. Which, when I checked was a year. ONE YEAR. Well, and a bit more - April 22nd is my date of joining, and it's the 30th now (even if my watch says it's the 27th!)

Well, as much as I wouldn't like to admit it, I have become quite a prolific character here. To be honest, I can't remember what it was like before joining the forums! :P

And to be honest - I don't want to. It's been a great year here with everyone, the good, the bad, and the ugly - yes, I'm looking at you Joey, if you ever read this - and I'd like to say thank you for having me!

Here's to a great year on the forums - and to plenty more in the future!

For what it's worth, I don't see you as a new member anymore either. You might get on the nerves of a few members once in a while, but that's it, really.

Also, on a completely unrelated note, I think you'll find you spelled "hypocrisy" wrong in your signature ;)

At least you're not as anonymous as me. All I'm known for is being addicted to Britpop (which is turning into a full-blown infatuation with British music in general), and having to calculate Predicament Predictions because Melrose hasn't. :P

And I thought I was one of the younger forumites when I joined nearly three years ago. I think only Tommy, Jeroen, Tristan and Wizzie were younger than me when I joined...

I thought I was going to be one of the younger members when I first showed up. Then I saw FMecha, being about the same age as me,and then Jeoren. I nearly fainted when I realized how young wmetcalf is.

As for being prolific,I don't think I'm prolific at all, save for running the F1RSTC and the Hard Charger championships in the PMMF Forum. Or,after the split, the ASMF and the BSMF.
