With Olafur Ragnar Hannesson now in a points scoring car, we will pass over the third Parma Corse to Indy Championship Series championship leader Salvatore Miccoli. He can win the the title over in the States only days from now, and it's a great time to put him in the car and see how he does. And instead of using number #127, the third car will run using car #113 (as 13 is Miccoli's number in F1RICS and his lucky number).

The third car for the Spa Superprix is now open.
Should have put that Jong-Sung guy in I think
Hm, he participated in a series in 1991, so he would at least be around 40 years old, that's good enough for RoLFS, but not really what 'octan young drivers' is about.

Hydook will run Colin Peynirci, who tried to qualify for Surfers Superprix with Ecurie Albertini last year.
There's been some confusion as to whether FIAT engine used by Hydook is a rebadged Lancia or a completely different construction.
In fact, it's a rebadged Lancia power plant from last year, upgraded to meet 2015 specs.

No you won't. It's two cars or no cars, I am not going to allow an odd number for regular rounds.
And Pointrox, I need a number for Peynirci.

Nurminen Management Associates is OK with both offers.
Meanwhile NRE will race F1RDS driver Jari Lappalainen in car #192 at the Spa SuperPrix. #191 will go to either Nick Nurmester or Anu Võsu, depending on how the driver market settles itself.

Well, then put my reserve driver Justin Case in the third Octan. His whole racing career will exist filling in for banned or injured drivers. His ambition is to race for every existing FxRWRS team

Yes, except if the 195 car is eligible to score points.
Third cars, like one-off entries, are ineligible to score points. On that note, the #191 NRE will be driven by Anu Võsu. Let's see what she's got...

Since by my rules the third car is the one with three digits, what I can do is let Simpson drive #95, and Buckley #152, with their liveries from Monaco. How does that sound?

I'd put the anonymous "B-Spec Bob" (holds American license) on the second car. The SuperPrix slot is open to those that have never participated in any RWRS sanctioned series (e.g. roblomas52).

Hmmm... nope. I know I'm being picky, but The Stig is deserving of a spot in the F1RWRS because he's The Stig. I am not putting an anonymous, non-existent video game character in your car. I'll be nice though and give you 5 more hours. If you don't get a proper driver by then, the I will have some very good news for Nuppiz.

We'll have to see how it goes with the number of cars, but you should get in. Remember the chassis, engine and number.

You can use either a Suzuki or Dallara chassis, with a Fiat, Zytek or Daihatsu engine.

F3RWRS is for creating young talent not for shoving randomers in for one race. The whole affair is ridiculous. Why not be sensible and give an unemployed driver like Roberto Zayas, Humbert Moyenmoutier or Ragnar Larsen a go if you don't want to create another new driver for the long term...

Aaaand that's 5 hours. Well, a bit more anyway.
Takagi Racing Enterprises will not be allowed to take park in the Round of Germany due to incompetence from the management. Nurminen Racing Engineering, as the first team on the reserve list, have been given the oppurtunity to race in their place, which also makes them eligible for the teams' championship for the remainder of the year.

The F3RWRS is way too overcrowded. If you want a good series to develop drivers, the RoLFS is the way to go. McKane (likely to get an F1RWRS drive soon), van de Schoot, Battani, Danny van Rjikens, Shinobu Katayama... the list goes on.
