Nah, he just gets to choose which gets to have a dominant period. It was HWNSNBM who decided that Brawn was going to be dominant with Benetton in 1994/5, with Ferrari 2000-4 and with Brawn in 2009. It was also HWNSNBM who allowed Newey to be dominant with Williams in the 1990s, to not win (m)any titles with McLaren and to be recently dominant with Red Bull.

His fingernails are as big as cups, and he has a tremendous fear of stamps. He has magnets instead of feet, and instead of a mouth, he has 4 arses.

Well there are unconfirmed reports that every single one of Melrose's Grand Prix wins were actually HWNSNBM in disguise (Which meant that he finished both first and last in the 2004 Italian Grand Prix)
