Well, you've been saved by the fact that DGNgineering's chassis isn't any better. MRT on the other hand...

I am counting on being able to finish a few races more than MRT.

Unless your reliability is like 12, I don't see that happening

My prediction for 2015; After all of their pre-season mouthing off, karma will kick in and MRT will finish last in the championship with an endless run of DNFs.

As long as you haven't upgraded it yet, you're allowed to change it as many times as you want before pre-season testing begins and get a 100% refund as it hasn't been used yet. If you have upgraded it however, then I have no idea how it works.

If karma applied to the F1RWRS, then Jones Racing should be sent to Pre-Qualifying with immediate effect

I mean, that Honda is looking promising. I have 515 credits, if I ditch the Ford HB I, that gives me 225, and the engine costs 600. Intriguing. And nobody (!) chose a Honda engine, so this is why I'm thinking about it...

Act of precedent says go for it and good luck to you. MRT/Horizon did it in 2013 when they swapped their chassis at the last minute whilst Eurobrun changed the chassis for Autodynamics this morning with no problem.

That's the thing. There's absolutely NOTHING wrong with it. To the point where you muppets might actually be title contenders for 2015. Hence why I spent the next ten minutes after doing my base estimates cleaning up what was left of my jaw from the floor.

Now they have a half decent driver in Pippa Mann that isn't really as ridiculous as it seems.

More to the point, their car/driver combo on base stats alone is now the second fastest car on the grid.

If that indeed happened, it would surely be amazing to come from scoring only 3 points to this.

Pippa Mann manages her own team yet goes and drives a potentially title-winning package elsewhere? Maybe I ought to stick to driver management... By the way, based on base packages, where have Foxdale ended up?
And are we still having to email upgrade packages rather than just posting on here?

19th. Yeah, you're gonna be in for a shite year.
Hurry up and publish this goddamn league table already!
Well, since you guys want it, here it is. Note that there are no upgrades and that the speed rating of the chassis has been converted from a driver boost to a power boost/penalty with 1 point above or below 5 = +/- 10bhp for the sake of making my life easier. For the record, this may end up not replicating real life results at all in any way and should only be treated as a guide. Ties are broken by whoever had the higher base power to start off with.
Why do I get the feeling that this so-called pecking order is just an excuse for Melrose to big up his team and flatten everyone else?
EDIT: Oh what a surprise, MRT are top...

740bhp + 40 bonus bhp for having a chassis rating of 9 = Win for me.

Our donkey of an engine may be really slow, but it's the most reliable in the field. Hopefully we can escape Pre-Q and use attrition to our advantage.
Edit: Ok no wait WHAT?! We're behind Shonan?! Your formula must be fundamentally flawed somehow. Unless I missed something, they kept their engine, which was the same as ours. And we sold them our old Fortis. It's impossible for them to be faster than us!

They ditched the Ford for the Honda about an hour ago. There's no limit as to how many transactions a team can do in the market phase so long as they're done before pre-season testing begins

RODA!!!! You totally screwed this team's finances. I can't afford a new bloody engine and chassis at the same time thanks to your idiot decisions while in charge of this team. Now I'm being left in everyone's dust because of YOU!

Well, just as well, that Foxdale are not at base performance then!

6th?! Damn! That'll be amazing. And Dofaco in Plum last? Yep, guessed that as soon as I saw what they purchased. They went sideways whilt all the teams around them last year jumped up.

Having missed the 2015 season as an engine manufacturer because he lacked the time and resources to complete a move to normally aspirated engines by 2015, Brian Hart told us today that he will be more than happy to return to F1RWRS in 2016. "Time was always going to be a problem to an idependent manufacturer like us, so in the end we prefered to focus on next year." Asked about what type of engine Hart would introduce he said, "We´re working on not one, but on rebuilding two engines; one will be the Hart V10 used by Jordan in the 1994 F1 Season and the other one will be the Hart V8 used by Footwork Arrows in the 1995 season". This will be the return of Brian Hart after they competed with a Hart 415T up to 2014.

And I have just sent an email off to Aerond for further upgrades to both engine horsepower and chassis reliability. I just need to spend some credits on the Mann siblings' performances now...

That is WRONG as the Speed Rating column in the chassis list now affects drivers grip and not bhp, you´d better correct that before start confusing every team owner around ...

There are rumours going around that Kamaha will swap garages with Foxdale to stop Sammy Jones and Barii Mori from killing each other as they current have garages next to each other. Although we understand that the numbers will stay the same, but the FRWRS management have refused to comment with one member saying "Oi, get off my land, can't a man have a cup of tea in peace?"
