With the demise of the one-word-only thread, how is eurobrun going to keep up his rate of posting?
33 users have breached the 1000th post mark, with P_Friesacher and fjackdaw the closest users to join that total, although I'd expect AdrianSutil and dinizintheoven to reach 1000 posts before those two, based on activity...

These are dark times we live in!
'Over 9000?' is a term used in an exaggerated sense to describe a large amount of something, for example:
Person A: "How many people turned up to the gig last night?"
Person B: "Like, over 9000!!"
It's basically another way of using the words 'millions' or 'tons' or other exaggerated terms.

Wow, knowing you and I are a similar age, that surprises me. I thought those shows were a phenomenon of the late-1990s/21st century...
EDIT: oh wait, you said teenage years. So that still fits in with late 1990s etc...
