There's nothing wrong with takagi's choices. He's entitled to test the same thing on multiple cars if he chooses to.
Phoenix is referring to the fact SeedStriker has two points of focus on one car.

Yeah, only 3 out of 12 upgrades worked! The middfield battles will be very hard! Also the fights for the lowe points(5th and 6th place) will be hard if some of the top teams fail(and they will fail!

Nothing seems to be working as planned, we hope next test is where we get our new technology upgrades working. Our designed raised nose cone seems not to be working, so for now we will not concentrate anymore on revolutionary design solutions.

Thats right but the active suspension needs very much testing! So you have to test it during the season in order to get it work!

Yeah, this high technical upgrades take a long time to develop! But they are powerful and you can use them next season aswell(if not banned).
And the more technical an upgrade is the longer it could take...so active suspension and sequential gearboxes take normally longer than an adjustable front wing.
