Are all my fifty credits ones that have to be spent by the end of the season?
A tribute to the heroic failures of Grand Prix racing

I disagree. From 2013:Autosport wrote:New driver for Calinetic
Team Calinetic have announced that John Zimmer has been signed to replace the outbound Nicolas Steele. Team owner Joseph Calinetic said that "John has offered to pay for the privelige of driving for the team, and considering his pedigree, we jumped at the chance." Zimmer, the elder brother of Frank who drives for Horizon, competed in one season of F1RWRS, in 2011, winning the Eastern Creek race that year for HRT. John was unavailable for comment, as was his new teammate David Koczo.
Mr Zimmer is a pay driver, so I expect some credits![]()
And no, that wasn't the reason I put him in the car. I forgot about it, actually. I only went back and looked for it when Aerond told me I hadn't spent any credits on him, which I thought was weird of me to do.

It's probably a good thing F1RGP2C James Davies isn't around, or Zimmer'd never hear the end of it...

Rumours that David Koczo will return to the sport after Retirement-Gate were added to by the deletion of a tweet from his twitter account. The tweet , "Looking forward to @ScuderiaAlitalia next year" was deleted just 3 minutes after it's posting, but not quick enough for it to go un noticed by eager fans
Stramala [kostas22] wrote:If the Commission allows the Zimmer/Zimmer transfer to happen, then Alitalia will lodge a protest. This is nonsense. If we're not allowed to put a 5th (pay!!!) driver in the car because one retired and another one walked out, why should HRT get the priviledge of getting a 5th driver just because one was banned, with the ban coming months in advance of the actual driver suspension time?

Hi Aerond. Did you get the email that I sent yesterday?

Yup, but I'll repeat it a thousand times if needed: I only discount your credits once they're applied to the carset and announce it here. Never before.

On a scale of one to undignified, how much grovelling would I have to do to get Neuberg in the second car for the final four races?

Hahaha, why don't you go for Nicolas Steele?? He's a decent number of credits invested in him; only badly affected by Kamaha's ultra poor reliability and high random grip IMHO.

High random grip? Now THAT worries me. Will I be any better off choosing him over El Presidente Melrose?
EDIT: That being said, I know for a fact that one Rosco Vantini was given the highest random grip range of EVERYONE on the 2014 F2RWRS grid and yet somehow turned out to be the most consistent driver on earth both there and in the F1RWRS. Go figure.
Wizzie wrote:Now, would This prefer his driver to be in a team that's just been kicked back down to Pre-Qualifying who're obviously hiring him for the money, or the WCC leaders who are obviously hiring him for the money?![]()
Seriously though, we'd like to request that we loan David Neuberg from Kingfisher again, as he's done more than 50% of the races for that team, which means they get his prizemoney regardless on what happens in the last four races and they're actually better off if he gets some monster results for MRT. In exchange, we'll give you the choice of either El Presidente or Jason Hamilton if he's willing to drive for them. Failing that, it'll be a straight coin-toss between El Presidente and Hamilton for the second seat for the final four races.
Phoenix wrote:Aerond, why don't you take Tanner Jason? He finished 4th at the F2RWRS Monza round with the pathetic Aeroracing.

I meant that the Kamaha is more affected by Random Grip than the HRT, and that coupled with Steele's relative inexperience means he's always been more prone to being inconsistent than Barii Mori. I'm also tempted to even send Mark Dagnall to MRT and finish the season with Nicolas Steele ...
DGNgineering names F1 Team and lead driver
DGNgineering have sent a press note to the media stating that its name as a racing team will change to Korg DGN Grand Prix as of 1st January 2016 and that the lead driver will be Japanese Kamui Kobayashi, with the second driver yet to be named, the DGN-16A is currently being developed at the team headquarters near Oxford and will be presumably powered by Ferrari engines after Chris Dagnall was seen in talks with Luca di Montezemolo in Los Angeles last spring. It's also understood that DGNgineering will also miss the F1RWRS 2015 Brazilian Grand Prix in order to prepare for the upcoming F1 season.

Actually, you know what? I spent all that time behind the scenes getting the guy to sign with MRT in the first place so stuff it, send him over here for the final four races. But before you do that, do me a favour and invest your remaining credits in his qualy performance? Please?

I just thought that at the same minute you posted this. I see there's chemistry
